Pizza Hut

Cashier had terrible attitude. I called when I arrived and was told 5-7 more minutes. I was outside for no contact pickup. She went back to eating her dinner as I could see her eating, and wiping her nose on her hand. I could also see the "pick up orders board" from my car. I saw my name and it said READY. So I called back and she told me it was still in the oven, without even looking. So I said, should I come in? She said "you'll just be waiting". So I went in, she was taking a pizza outside, and she walked right past me without saying a word. When she came back in, I said I think my pizza is ready. She said again "it's still in the oven". Then I said "the board says it's ready". So she walked around the back and said something to the people in the kitchen. Then miraculously walked around the corner with my pizza. She walked by me, put the pizza on the counter, and put the cc slip on the counter and said "sign the slip". I said "you've got quite an attitude". She said "you've got an attitude with me". I said, "no, I have been very polite but you were not. My pizza was ready and you said it was still in the oven, and I could see it was ready". She muttered something, I left zero tip, and left. Will never go back to this location!

I called to make an order and said I had an "attractions guide" coupon for a free pizza. I ordered additional items at reg menu price, and was told to bring in the coupon and they would take off the price of the large pizza from the rest of the order. Upon arrival, I was told they didn't take this coupon anymore (it did not expire for another 6 months) and to look at some piece of paper they printed out saying they don't stopped accepting it. I was very annoyed they made me waste a trip while i had people waiting on me to bring home dinner. I have been going there since 2012, but there are too many pizza places that have better service than this.

We ordered pizza from here last night and it was awful. First it took over 30 minutes to get it delivered when it should only take 15 minutes from the restaurant and when it did get here it was cold. Here is a picture of the meatlovers and it had NO SAUCE on it. Very disappointed and will not order from here again. I tried to call but was told too busy to talk. Well next time I will be too busy to order from here.
