Wendy's

This Wendys is closest to my office. Therefore, it is a common lunch spot. I order on the app often and usually do not have a problem. Today, was the day that changed. The lady in the window was extremely rude and incompetent. Then, my order was shoved to me including my drinks. If an employee cannot handle their aggression they shouldn’t be in the window. Of course, once I check the bags I’m missing an entire order of 10PC nuggets ! Unfortunately, since I am on a timed lunch I did not have time to go back. This location has to do better with the customer service. Here is what I received that was NOT my order.

Not a good staff. They got my order wrong and was upset with me when they were asked to correct my order . which was made incorrect even a 2nd time. I had to ask for manager to get my correct order after about 30 mins . Now two months later I go back and got a baconator !!omg it barely had bacon on it and the bread was stale . This time I won't be going Back. Mega franchises like these have already built a good name for themselves in the past but now they have change and out of touch with good service and fresh food!!

I went to this location after my Uber eats driver had mixed up our orders to get food for my family. The employee working at the front of the drive through giving out orders was so polite and friendly, which made the experience 100% better. It’s rare these days and I certainly hope he is being compensated well. This absolutely made my drive though experience so much better, as I usually dread it. Thank you

Quite possibly the worst and most consistently horribly ru nWendy's ever... these folks are incompetent. Orders are never right, food is old and room temperature. The time it takes to get food on average from ordering at the drive in to pulling away is 12-15 minutes. I have been here 5 times now. Horrible just horrible. Fire them all, and shut this location down.

The worst ever experience!!! Horrible and low customer service ever! If I can give less than one star I would! This place crew is the worst I ever seen. Starting with the manager and ending with the rest of the staff!!!! I was with my mom and kids eating when one employee approached the area cursing and yelling. I asked to stop because I was with my kids. She kept yelling and cursing. I approached the manager about her behavior (she was watching all the time without saying anything). Then I got upset and to avoid a problem I left the store. Turning around the restaurant she came out with attitude looking to my car. This is unacceptable for the reputation of one of the most popular fast food chain. I recorded it.

Boyyyy this wendy's got me heated!!! Terrible service, slow as cold molasses, rude customer service, Assistant Manager shamekia is a horrible example of leadership, if they take the DAMN AIR PODS out their ears they might get folks orders right!!!! I'm getting my money back even though the ASM told me "I aont giving no money back" after THEY got my order wrong, I requested no bacon, she gone tell me "I aint put no bacon on no sandwich" I said I wouldn't have come up here if there wasn't bacon on my sandwich.... Incompetent. Horrible management!

Went inside to order food and no one was around working the register. Finally someone comes to the front, but instead of taking my order, they make eye contact with me and turn around to go to the back. Lots of customers were just standing around waiting on service and food. Drive thru was also extremely slow and backed up. I'll remember to avoid this Wendy's at all costs from now on.

I ordered delivery from the website and didn't get all my food. I call up there and they tell me they can take my name down and when I can get up there then I can get the rest of my food....What in the hell if I was mobile I wouldn't have ordered delivery and paid a service fee and delivery....Smdh and the fries I did get were cold and greasy so I'm just out of $25 and my kids are hungry
