Subway

Stopped at this local location for a quick bite and was met without a greeting from an older African American female with an awful attitude. She was rude, dismissive, and very disrespectful for no apparent reason. Upon check out a younger and much more respectful African American male proceeded to check me out and asked me what I had ordered, before I could confirm my order with him, this same disrespectful older African American woman immediately stopped assisting the customer that she was currently assisting to begin yelling across the restaurant what I ordered to the young man at the register. She was extremely rude, disrespectful, and was just in a nasty mood since I entered the restaurant. I can only hope that she is not the manager of this establishment because if so, she definitely need some additional training in customer service, ethics and behavior. The other two staff members were very professional and courteous.

I stopped by for lunch. The lady behind counter asked me how can she help me. I asked for a cold cut, she never asked what kind of bread I wanted, or what size sandwich I wanted. She started making online orders, in the meantime I was standing there waiting for about 5 minutes. Why ask me what I want tif you're not gonna make my order and make me wait. That was so rude, and she had an attitude. So I left and went somewhere else. I will spend my money where the customers are appreciated.
