Great service. My cashier Shanesia was very polite and quickly took my order. I didn't have to wait for my food, it was ready soon as I got to the window. Everything was freshly made and hot. It was a good experience, will definitely be coming back.

I want to thank Nick the District manager and the General manager of the west market Burger King in Greensboro, NC! I had an issue with my online order. They both came together and fixed it right away. I truly appreciate good customer service and for making four little kids happy.

Dont know how your food is. Sat in your drive thru 10 mins. Behind 1 car, we were the only 2 cars in line. Left went to Wendys across the street and went through their drive thru. Ordered, paid, and recieved my food. After I drove back through thr Burger King parking lot, the customer I was waiting behind in the drive thru line STILL hadnt had his order took. Thats emberassing. Clear and measurable difference in customer service and efficiency compared to a competitor.

Service always slow, but they rush you at the window! The managers mostly work the window and all they are always rude! They are never in a rush to take your order!
I hope the district managers read these reviews! I’m assuming they don’t because based on older reviews nothing has changed!

Well, out of 2 customers in line, both waiting for food to be taken out, and only 2 burgers ordered. At least, at the VERY LEAST, you got the drinks right. At least you can do that.

Slow drive-thru. I get it. They are short staffed and trying to keep their order times down, but there's no reason they can't be polite and courteous once you get to the window. All I want is my order and a smile. Especially after sitting in line for 20 minutes. And no, I don't give them a hard time over the wait. They are, after all, handling my food.

I am not typically one to do reviews unless my experience was absolutely horrible, or incredible. And although it wasn't horrible, I am less than satisfied. Employees talking badly about customers... Would've let that go if I wasn't missing a burger and half my nuggets. But wasn't given a receipt so wouldn't waste my time going back to correct my order. I thought counting to 10 was a basic requirement for any job.

I went here last week and sat in the drive-through for almost 15 minutes, with only 3 cars in front of me. I finally drove off as did the cars behind me as well. They don't want your business. I'd hate to be the owner of this store with these slack employees that would rather you just go away. Go elsewhere to get food, don't waste your time.
