I understand this location is busy, but a pour over half decaf is not rocket science. The first one was great, the refill not so much. The young man who took my order barely listened to me, I feel. I wish Starbucks could be consistent. The service has gone downhill over all the stores even when at full capacity of employees.

Very friendly staff. They went a little heavy on the cream. I wish they would put cream back out on the table so we could add our own. Clean restaurant with tables inside and outside.

I would give zero stars if possible. I buy from them ever single day. Today at the bottom of my drink was wither a roach or a Beatle.. I'm so disgusted I will NEVER go here EVER AGAIN

Off the 75 interstate, exit 126 in Georgetown. Drive thru was busy on this Sunday afternoon beginning the week of 4th of July. Parking not laid out the best as cars from drive thru were backed up in the parking lot making it difficult to get in and out. Not the largest Starbucks, but they did have a nice seating area. Service was good and the seating area was actually clean and being cleaned. Restrooms were clean.

We stopped on our road trip at this location. They were BUSY. The drive-thru was wrapped all around the building so we tried going inside. The line was long, but we were waited on VERY quickly. All told we spent 15 minutes in the store. Pretty fast for how busy they were. We all enjoyed our drinks very much. If you like the Starbucks chain, you will not be disappointed by this location.

Busy and not in order. Had to park next door due to parking lot and drive thru situation. I ordered ahead on app 10 minutes prior to arrival and waited 30 more minutes inside while people walking in and ordering got their stuff first. They still waited a long time, but my order was in first and should've been done first.

Went through the drive-thru at this Starbucks awhile back and was just really impressed by the positive attitude of the guy at the drive-thru window. He was just so upbeat and positive and it made our day a little brighter for the long road trip we have ahead of us! He even saw our pup in the back seat and asked us if he could make him a pup-cup (whipped cream in a cup) - which we obviously accepted ! Thanks so much!
