Lazy Sundaes

Wow!!! If you're driving through little ol' Georgetown Indiana don't resist the neon glow attraction of what appears to be a "mom and pop" roadside ice cream shop. Pineapple Malt was amazingly delicious! The Chicken Gyro hit the spot. My lady and fellow reviewer Indira had a Strawberry Malt and a Lamb and Beef Gyro. Perfect evening, friendly teenage workers were very pleasant and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Fore warning though, if ya gotta tinkle or worse, don't expect modern lavatory amenities. Because a porta pot is what you will be using. Which was very clean. 😁

We spotted Lazy Sundaes on our way through to visit the caves, and knew we had to stop. The strawberry cheesecake shake was amazing and had real pieces of strawberry and cheesecake. The sundaes are huge and delicious. I had the apple pie one and it did not disappoint. My son said his chocolate shake was awesome. Prices weren't bad for the amount of ice cream you get.

The ice cream is good the food is ok. I asked for ice cream listed on their menu board and was repeatedly told they don't make that. I asked why it's on the menu but they gave no answer. In the end we settled for what they were willing to make. I asked for a Sunday with caramel and was told they don't make it that way. It's on your menu? No answer. I won't go back

4 of us Stopped on the way home for cones and another car pulled in right after us. 2 of us ordered our cones. The same employee then waited on the 2 people not with us to come back and finish talking our order. Then a car in DT. Oh wow first 2 cones came out and the other people's orders came out then the DT left and finished my cone then the rest of our order came out. Yes more than 1 employee working but only 1 was actually doing something.
