Dirty store, rude, hostile, and unprofessional employees, and don't even get me started on how nasty the food was. Chicken was disgusting and old looking. They got annoyed with us for asking for our food to be remade because it looked old, there's was no breading on it and it looked bitten into. All soda on the self-serve machine was empty and when we asked for them change the soda in the back they refused, said nothing was wrong with it but Everything was running clear. We were as nice as we could be given the situation and upon leaving the employees told us not to come back but claim they was just playing. While in the store waiting for our food there was another customer who came in and was arguing with the employees over their customer service and nasty looking food. Not a safe or professional environment for customers and I'd recommend the heath department needs to make a visit. The store was filthy. They obviously don't maintain a clean sanitary environment. Bathrooms and dining area were disgusting. No tissue in the bathroom, umflushed toilets, bathroom sinks don't look like they're ever wiped down, and dirty tables and floors. There were Crumbs from previous customers all over all tables and chairs and you could fill how dirty the floor was under your feet when you walked around. I can not recommend this place, you will waste your time going here and ultimately leave feeling upset.

Run away, now. Haven't been to this location in 10 yrs because of last time they were out of chicken at 5pm on a Saturday and it was aweful. Tonight....Friday @6:30pm. Out of extra crispy and green beans. So I accepted all original and corn. Completely not edible and they screwed me on the chicken. $20 8 piece fill up. No white meat breast. 4 burned drums, 2 burned wings, and burned thighs. But seriouslyhalf full side I paid extra for BURNED, DRIED UP, AND NOT FIT FOR A DOG. see photos.

So I came after work, I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal and I get to my hotel to eat. The chicken, French fries and biscuit were inedible. The chicken had the appearance of being seriously over it’s time limit by a few days, and was so over cooked it didn’t even look like a chicken tender. The fries were cold and old as well. The biscuit was stale and hard as a rock if I threw it against the wall I’d have some broken plaster. So the only edible thing in my order was the honey mustard sauce and the ice in my drink. Having to leave a star on this literally made me choke because it should have received zero stars one for every thing I could actually eat on this meal.

Maybe I was here on a bad day but after we ordered we waited 28 minutes for our food and this was on a Saturday afternoon. The floor was sticky and our shoes stuck when we walked. The tables were dirty and bathroom was out of paper towels. With the competition in the area I’m not sure how they stay in business with this poor service. The people in the drive through were going through pretty fast but the customers inside were not served very fast.
