Panera Bread

This location is closing early at 2pm for staffing issues. I went for breakfast and had the chipotle chicken breakfast wrap, it was so good!!! I also like all the juice/tea options. Everyone working was very friendly. The store was clean, the baked goods all looked delicious, I would definitely go back.

Alright this is for all those non regular Panera Starbucks folks. I had a gift card and hadn't been for some time because I'll take a red bull over coffee any day. I walked in expecting a soup bread combo and saw a huge poster of Chipotle Pizza flatbread and then a frozen lemonade! Wow picture advertising has never done me so well. Check out this combo pizza is even big enough to split with something small on the side.

Staff totally inept did not know what they were doing.Ssid they were short staffed but 6 people behind the counter took 45 mins to make a bagel with cream cheese and a half veggie sandwich. Batavia site. They closed the shop for an hour and left us sitting outside but unable to come back in to get our order.

So sad. I love Panera. Ordered lunch for a group that we were training today. Only 4 people, simple order. Got everything except one salad. One person in our group did not get lunch. Called their delivery person - who worked for a secondary delivery outfit to see if they accidentally may have had one more bag . Nope- called the Geneva store and told them we were missing a meal. They even realized it was not the drivers fault/ the meal was left behind. They were sorry and could issue a voucher- or someone could come pick it up. Bottom line, One person (me) went without lunch. Made sure my team had their share, and no we did not have time in the day to go pick the meal forgotten meal up. Poorly handled. Someone even checked off on the receipt that all items were accounted for. I even tipped the delivery person $10. What a joke. Good luck Panera- you lost our business. A good business would have found a way to get that one salad to that customer.

Food was great and price wasnt to bad. However the restaurant was laid out terribly. There were so many nooks and crannies I had to search for the drink dispenser and again at the end to find the garbage can. Maybe just hang signs. I understand that most Panera's are set up this way but for a newbie it is frustrating to navigate.
