There were 2 workers working today. The guy was working on other task and the young lady was fixing treats by herself. I know she was overwhelmed bc she kept getting lines. The young lady fixed my treat and forgot the 🍌. I asked for a waffle bowl and before I knew it she put it in a cup. I didn't complain bc I could tell she was so stressed. However, I did want my 🍌 but I didn't notice until I got in the car. Also I added in two things and they were right.

Never had an issue before. Tonight we ordered what we always do ( regular chocolate ice cream with brownie mixed in ) and the ice cream itself had a weird taste. Like it wasn’t made well. Didn’t realize before since we waited until we were home to eat. Disappointed especially since this was a pregnancy craving I’ve been having

I absolutely understand that finding people to work is hard right now. I will not discount that. We came in 45 minutes before close and the teenagers working could care less. No personality, no greeting. There were 6 people behind us that got their ice cream before us, because the poor little stoner kid that we got, was so slow. Just a little disappointing.

Went on a weekday to get ice cream with my family and they only had 2 people working with line out the door. The person doing the waffle cones I guess couldn't help because the cones need to be made, even though there were plenty. It was a hot mess! Oh and the lady making the cones finally decided to assist! Smh.

Love that I can now order ice cream here, with their new non dairy option. The ladies working are always so hardworking, quick and super friendly. Service 10/10 for sure.

Only 3 people on the line moving slow as could be. On top of that they had no idea how to make their menu items. For example, asked for a strawberry banana smoothie and the young lady proceeds to put strawberry and banana ICE CREAM into a blender. Also asked for a Love it Sorbet with kit kats tossed. She forgets the kit kats and gives me a like it size sorbet only. Worker are a bit slow or maybe new…..

I would give a zero if possible. A girl gave me coffee ice cream instead of cookie dough and another person i was with asked for a dipped cone and they gave them a regular. The ice cream was bad :/ sorry but it is the truth

I have gone to this location many times, have had to wait minimum 10 minutes. But a week and half ago I went and was in line for almost 40 minutes. There were three guys, and a young lady working that night. The young lady was going as fast as she could, doing a good job. While there was another guy helping in the front taking his sweet time to make the ice cream. After waiting for so long when the guy helped me with a "I like it, Founders Favorite", it was more pecans than ice cream.
