An example of wonderful customer service. Ordered and picked up three subs, and got home to find out that there was an error with one of the subs. They were very apologetic and corrected the issue with no trouble or fuss. That is truly good customer service. I've always rated this location highly as I order from them fairly frequently, and have never had an error with my order before. The way they handled this error shows that they have great customer service.

The first time I came to this Subway, I was so impressed with how professional and polite the lady who made my sandwich was. Every time I go there, I continue to be impressed. The staff are so professional and they treat you like you're a first-time customer every time. They are never rude. On top of that, their restaurant is so CLEAN. The stations of toppings are kept clean, everyone wears gloves like they are supposed to (you can't take that for granted because not all restaurants follow the regulations), and the dining room/drink station are kept clean. Love it. They have great management and staff. Plus their sweet tea is fresh-brewed and delicious.

Terrible.. the app doesn't work properly.. I was in one Subway but my order got sent to a different Subway. It is too hard to use app to get your sandwich the way you like it. Until they resolve, I will go elsewhere with their paper coupons.

I've been to many subway restaurants and I have never been so satisfied with the fact that this location has the freshest vegetable options unlike most of the other subways even the bread and cookies are my favorite here. Best 🍅 best fresh cookies and very respectful always positive employees. Definitely recommend this location to anyone who is food picky.

Placed a moble order and couldn't pick it up. Tried calling 8 times to cancel with no answer. I'm finally able to get there over an hour later. They wouldn't refund it and wouldn't remake my sandwiches. They blamed my phone for them not answering. Walked out with 2 horrible, soggy sandwiches. Never placing a mobile order here again.

Had a sub combo with cookie after eating the cookie a bug crawls out of the bag. Managers response was to offer me another cookies and states that he didn’t think It was in the bag. As if I carry little black bugs around with me to place on food. Never again will I eat here.

Worst experience ever. Why post that you’re closing at 9 and have the place locked up and unable to serve anyone at 855. The girls working were rude, abrasive and completely unprofessional. Say you’re closing at 830 because that seems to be what’s happening whatever management or owners know it. I’d love for this management to contact me

Need to add a little more meat to the normal priced subs. Alls you taste is the bread and veggies. Subway use to be great before they cut the meat in half and now you have to pay for extra meat to get the amount it once came with.
