Domino's Pizza

my son only eats dominos pepperoni. we used to go to Domino's on 42 but it closed when this location opened. the first month of operation everything went well. but the last month has been terrible. the last 4 times we ordered online the online tracker alerts us the pizza is ready when we arrive at store 5-10 minutes later staff informs us its not ready and will be another 20 minutes. Franchise owners you may need better management or Domino's Corp needs to fix online tracking system to be a bit more accurate. I wish my son liked a different pizza but unfortunately we are stuck

Ordered pizza through the app for pickup in store at 6:02 pm. Showed up at 7:05 pm and still was told it would be another 20-25 minutes. Spoke to the manager Bradley and every excuse was thrown at me. A simple call or text which we sign up for updates via the app allow would have been nice. There are other pizza places that value customers. I will not be back and I suggest find a place that values your business.

Would give 0 stars if I could. My son ordered pizza and went to pick it up after 40 mins. Went inside and the girl looked passed him and helped the customer behind him. When he said excuse me I’m here to pick up pizza too she barely spoke to him. Then said oh I guess we’ll make that now. I understand being busy but how about A little customer service. An acknowledgment and God forbid an apology.

Absolutely will not patronized this Domino's ever again! Called the store at the 45 minutes mark and was told that our order was leaving the store. Forty-five minutes later, II still did not get the delivery. Flimsy excuses from both the workers and the manager for this lousy service. I don't do any Domino's often and will not order from Domino's EVER AGAIN! I can't patronize such incompetence! Really deserves ZERO STARS!

It's no longer a good place to order. Like many places, they probably don't have enough help. I placed an order and when I called to check on it an hour later because the "domino's tracker" hadn't updated, Juan said they would start making it now. I guess if I hadn't called, it might not have been made. Anyway... just save the hassle and expense and keep frozen pizzas on hand from the grocery!

Very poor customer service on phone. I usually order online but site wasn't working. After 15 minutes I gave up and called the store. Put on hold for nearly 10 minutes then got this guy that didn't listen and didn't care. He said they shut down the website to stop taking orders. I had to keep prying normal information out of him to be able to place my order. I had to give him my phone number 4 times. He didn't give me a time to pick up or anything. I had to holler into the phone to keep him from just hanging up. He says, Oh, about 15-20 minutes. I surely do not remember being thanked for my order. I sure hope my food is right. He never did ask what salad dressing for my salad or what kind of crust I wanted.
