Hardee's

Vandora Springs Road. They get a one because that is as low as I can score! Friday morning, 4/8/22, it is pouring rain. There is not a shelter over the drive thru speaker. I can't hear speaker over the pouring rain, so I figure, as there was not anyone else in line, that I would go up to the window to order my 2 drinks. Mind you it was only 2 drinks! After sitting there, not being noticed for a few minutes by 2 employees inside, a third employee came to the window and I explained I could not hear the speaker over the pouring rain and I needed to order 2 drinks. She was told by the manager if I wanted an order, I would have to go back to the speaker. I felt like this behavior was totally rude and unacceptable and I don't plan to ever go back to this location and I will try to recommend to as many people as possible that they not patron this location as well. Never had a problem up until today. But I will not ever have this problem there again!!
