Yikes. I realize I arrived in the drive through at 9:15 but it’s down the street ….so why not? I’m hoping the staff was just having a tough night because they were miserable and it shined through. Cone was old and tasted stale but the ice cream was good. The gal managing the drive through decided that I wanted them to keep my change and tossed it in the tip jar without asking….I would have said keep it but at least ask? To round out my experience ~ no have a good night, just a window closed. I have been a couple times due to convenience for coffee, bagel or a sweet treat and it’s always been just ok and I just figured they were short staffed but whew tonight. Hope things get better and you may want to fix the drive through microphone or hire someone that cares.

Just showed up at 9pm on the dot for ice cream. Was asked if we wanted ice cream and we said yes. we waited appx one minute for her to finish up her tasks and then she proceeds to tell us the ice cream side is closed. (why she waited so long to tell us, i have no idea). i told her the website and google says they close at 10pm. She said "no we are closed, the dunkin donuts side is open til 10). I again said that the website says 10pm. She ignored us for another 2-3 minutes while she finished her tasks. She came to counter and just stared at us like she had a problem. I said "are you really closed even tho it says 10pm?" and she said "yes". The other girl working said they could close early. I asked for a manager name and told them to have a great night. I will be calling the manager tomorrow and filing a formal complaint. I have never in my 44 years been denied a service at an establishment ONE HOUR before closing time.

Came in after dinner for ice cream with the family....Arrive 2 hours prior to closing all ice cream is covered up. We ask "are you guys out of ice cream" the employee proceeds to say we are low....our truck came today. News flash...if your truck came today....YOURE NOT LOW...You're lazy. Huge difference between not having any and you just packing that section of the store up early so you only have to work donuts. Skip this place and go to a place that knows how to run their operation.

I've been ordering one thing, and one thing only, for 20 years: the Mochaccino Blast. This particular Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin' Donuts in Gainesville, FL, has one of the weirdest drive-thru's, where you circle around the back of the building in a highly-unusual, concave manner.

Went to treat our daughter to a dipped ice cream cone. She SPECIFICALLY wanted a dipped ice cream cone. They were out. In fact, there were only 3 cones available in the entire store. The girl behind the counter loudly let it be known to another employee that someone from an earlier shift left all the toppings out on the counter and didn't clean anything. We had to practically scream our order in order to be heard. This place was an absolute disappointment and we won't be coming back.

This location is near where we live so we have given it several chances since I often like to take my daughter get a treat when a sweet tooth hits us. This place is consistently abysmal and routinely out of basic flavors like vanilla and chocolate. When the ice cream case isn't half empty its a guessing game as to what flavors are present since the flavors are often mislabeled or not labeled at all. A number of employees are very friendly and polite but we have been served by others that seem to have no clue as to what’s going on. I can’t speak about the DD side of the operation but the BR side is a complete disappointment and this way every time for 10 or more visits, again convenient but it’s no longer worth the headache and disappointment. The store can only be as good as its management and I think someone from the district or corporate level needs to make some changes. Either that or just close shop for the BR side and focus on donuts and coffee.

Not what we are used to when visiting a baskin robins at all. Limited flavors...no plain chocolate. No hot fudge. I asked if that was normal and she said they’ve been out for a month and didn’t know what was going on. Husband wanted a chocolate shake made with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup (a normal request for most places). They handed him a very thin vanilla shake with chocolate Syrup drizzled on the cup and top. Father in law ordered a vanilla cone. The cone was so soft it folded in his hand. The girls working were polite and the place was clean. Everything else needs work.

So I came in to get the "USS butterscotch" and was informed that the only person that can make the waffle cones wasn't there in the morning to make them and hadn't been to work in 2 or 3 days. It seems silly to only have one person on your staff to make waffle cones. So I said I would try the other store...well the other store visit ended poorly also and that reveiw will be on their google page.
