Burger King

This was the worst experience I have ever had. There wasn't anyone working, people were waiting over 25 minutes in drive-thru, they told customers who wanted to dine in that it would be at least 10 minutes. The manager didn't seem to know what to do. He was handling money then touching food without gloves. Our food was not cooked to our satisfaction. The buns on the original chicken sandwiches was so hard it seemed like it had been left out for days. The onion rings had french fries in them and an unidentifiable piece of fried food. They tried to give us food that had been sitting under the lights. There was one worker who was out of uniform, cleaning aimless, talking on his Bluetooth headset. "Cleaning" tables after wiping down seats. The dining room was dirty. There was a kid screaming and running around. If he ever fell that would have been a lawsuit. Overall I will never eat in this establishment again. It is sad that you can't enjoy a meal without all the drama.

Okay this is officially my favorite Burger King. I came in with the receipt coupon for a free whopper with purchase of a small fry and drink. The manager was behind the counter at the time and was so nice. They were able to replace a normal whopper with the impossible whopper since I don't eat meat and they did the frozen drink mixed half and half. Food was extremely fresh. Above and beyond service. Thank you!

Didn't even get a chance to order. Went inside to order and there was a man getting part of his order that was not originally given to him. They gave him his missing burgers and he asked if he could have fresh fries as his had already gotten cold and was going to give them the original ones. The kid manager wouldn't even turn around or acknowledge the customer and instead whispered back and forth to the cashier that he wouldn't so the exchange. The customer was very polite about it and explained that he didn't want to eat cold fries with warm burgers. The poor cashier was stuck in the middle of it until the manager finally turned around and told the guy he couldn't give him "free food." I and another customer offered to pay for the fries since the kid wouldn't make it right and were ignored. Finally I left to take my money elsewhere and noticed that there was another lady in line with a bag and on my way out a man was on his way in with a bag in hand. Obviously the service is unacceptable here and respect for the customers is nonexistent. I could see if the man was being rude or aggressive, but he was not. He just wanted them to make the situation right.

Some fast food places are mediocre, and others are below average. But this review is not about McDonald's. It is about the Burger King located off Archer near the highway. The food is always fresh and hot, the service is always polite, and what would a visit to Burger King be without having conversations with Tony! This location is The example of the value one expects from a national organization from Burger King. Keep up the great work!

My only complaint is that the employees need to pay attention to the orders and completely fill each one. There were several customers including myself that had incorrect orders or missing items on just my short visit. This is unacceptable if you want to keep happy return customers. The food is good! Just check out your order to make sure it's right before you leave.
