First Watch

I woke up this morning in the mood for something great and that is exactly what I got at First Watch. I came in and was immediately sat down. My server was a beautiful girl named Mckenzie. McKenzie is a great server and did an amazing job. She had great suggestions from the menu. If you decide to come here suggest her as your server you will not be disappointed.

Our waiter Jason was amazing. Unfortunately our food ticket fell and the cooks didn't see it. Jason was super attentive and was quick to find it and put it at the top of the line for us. He then went above and beyond by letting us know what happened in the back and comped our meal! Canaan, the manager, is running a wonderful restaurant where her wait staff and hosts feel confident in making decisions and are kind to their customers. Oh and the food was amazing too!

This is not the move to make if you want to have breakfast or brunch on the weekend for an in and out trip. We went on a Saturday morning around 10. And didn’t get seated until 11:30. I bragged on this place to my family visiting in town the day before, and the service sucked. Once seated the waitress took forever to come serve us to the point where others aground us began to ask if we had gotten our orders. Around 12:15 or so I told my family to pack up and we were leaving. We approached the front desk to pay for the juice and coffee we ordered. The manager came and told us that our food was now ready, which caused me to chuckle while asking her if she was serious. I told her to keep it and that we will be making breakfast as home today. She asked us to give her a second while she went to the back. She returned with bags of to-go plates with our orders along with a $20 gift card. That was a nice gesture, but I would much rather have my time and family time respected and appreciated. We went there to spend money not to observe others. We haven’t been back since and we gave the gift card to someone outside waiting. We did eat the food, so two stars it is!

The atmosphere was amazing, food was top notch. I love this place not only because of the food, but the service is 100% amazing. The manager is clearly doing a fantastic job. He stood by the table and made sure we got our food fast. I Would come back there for sure and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you FIRST WATCH ❤️
