Although the outlet is at heart of stone briar mall bube the quality of pizza they are offering is not as per the expectations. We had tried a combo of 4 chese pizza slice, garlic bread as a sides with regular drink and pizza and garlic bread is not good as it supposed to be. Garlic bread was hard to eat and salt was also too high and pizza slice was undercooked, flavour less, crust was hard as well. I would like to give another chance but considering today’s experience I am not sure I am coming again.

Firstly, the pizza was overpriced at over $4 for a basic cheese. The sauce they use is nearly flavorless and the crust was barely seasoned. When I went to pay for it the woman at the cashier waited until my pizza came out of the oven, I grabbed it, then paid for it. Once I paid she just ignored me until I left. After carrying it around for less than 2 minutes my hand was covered in grease. I didn't even finish half the slice. Poor pizza and poor customer service.

I will give 5 stars to the long-term friendly employee Leticia who I have seen at the Galleria Dallas many years ago and she now is working at the Frisco location. When I am doing some mall shopping I always stop by for a quick piece of alfredo pizza and small salad then resume my shopping. Always tasty and I feel the quality is much better than a Papa Johns or Dominos where you cannot even get pizza by the slice. Regardless Sbarro's always has my loyalty when it comes to mall food!

Horrible experience. My wife and I got two combos. First combo: slice of pizza, baked ziti and the drink Second combo: 2 slices of pizza and the drink My wife and I prefer to drink water so when the worker (man with glasses) asked what would we like to drink I said we’d like water for both. He proceeded to get two water bottles and charged us .50 cents more for each combo since “bottle” was an upgrade. I explained to him that he had charged me and he said it was a .30 charge for bottle water and I said it was .50 not .30 and the cups with water were fine (since each combo already comes with a drink) He said it would be more if we got water in cups, I asked how would it be more if each combo comes with a drink? (At this point a man waiting next in line proceeded to harass me and my wife by telling us to leave) The worker was still claiming it would be more to give us cups of water , MORE than the bottled water because apparently he would have to price every item individually. I kept trying to explain to him that the combo already COMES WITH A DRINK and that we want THAT DRINK to be water instead of soda. He kept saying its going to be more and he ended up charging us every item individually. This man was defensive and felt like he was right because the person that kept harassing me and my wife was telling us to leave. The man was Caucasian, over weight, gotye, and a hat. This was horrible costumer service because of the miscommunication between me and the worker. The fact that the man next in line kept saying “leave” and “I dont care” to everything I would say really heated the situation and ended with my wife and I getting harassed and having to pay more than what we should have. Sbarros is great but this location has had bad bad experiences based off of other reviews too. Needs new management.

The 2 guys didn't know how to multi task which consists of taking everyones orders and putting them in the oven the finishing the order. The guy who was warming the pizza decided to stop to make a brand new pizza while 8 people were in line. This left the cashier coming to help, lets say he was in the clouds and not very friendly. Need better training, bad service doesnt deserve our business.

Got yelled at by the guy working to pick my slices faster after saying id be getting their 2 any slice combo and another slice and a juice for my kid. Yelled over me as i was telling him what id like to get. As soon as that second slice hit the tray he called out part of the order then told me "go, go." And motioned for me to move on down the line... Not hearing i said i was getting a third piece... Probably because he was trying to rush me through in literally 6secs flat and yelled over me when i tried to order. Thanks for putting some negativity in my day.
