Burger King

Because of the location next to the Mall, I was expecting a little more from Burger King but I left feeling bad for the staff. The Poor staff was short handed during my visit, a late Sunday afternoon, but they gave good service considering. The inside looks aged and in of an update or remodel. The kids play area had been removed and a big empty space remains, probably due to Covid. The Coke freestyle machine was out of order and no refills are allowed at the counter. I overheard the staff say the were running out of packaging products.

The last time I went here I was served rotten meat. I had taken a bite of my food and it tasted bad. I looked at, and smelled, the meat and noticed it had a green tinge to it. My 10 year old son got sick from the chicken there as well. I told the staff the meat was rotten and was basically told I was crazy and there was nothing wrong with it. They refused to refund my money. Then one of the employees came walking up to the manager and flat said that the refer wasn't working and things were warm and going bad. I confronted the manager with this and was still refused a refund. Avoid this Place at all costs. Even the health department said they have had numerous complaints about them.

They had a new kitchen crew. So our order was made wrong. I ordered a sourdough bacon sandwich. And my husband had a bacon king. The fries was really old and the bread on my sourdough was made with the end piece of the sourdough loaf. And when I got it the whole order remade. My sourdough was very soft.

I ordered my meal which did not come out as I had ordered no. The cashier was new and made a mistake so I ended up with a meal I did not order and was going to eat it set down inside and proceeded to eat my meal about five minutes later one of the managers walked up with the sandwich I had ordered and apologize for the mistake. I was very surprised and was planning on not returning however I will return to that restaurant due to the great service really appreciate it

We went there Sunday may 8th, 2022.Long wait time on drive through. The car in front of us just took off after reach the window, we wondered why. And when we reach the window the girl asked my husband, what is your order? What?? The worse part is we ordered bacon cheese burger with coupon and asked 1 burger no bacon. End up got 2 burger without bacon. The burger is so messy, ketchup and mustard all over the place. This is the worse Burger King place we've ever been
