Wendy's

The food was fresh and made correctly! My only downfall as an OG from the nineties was that they were to slow on the dining room service. We'd have the order there by the time the customer paid. Having to wait with only 1 person in front of me for more than 5 minutes was the downfall. They also need to check the dining room more. Many dirty tables. All depends on the management for sure. Again our food was fresh and made correctly with excellent customer service.

The only thing I can say is that the workers are nice. But you kind of have to be when you make someone wait 20mins for your food! The drive thru and inside are both long waits! And then you order a large fries, and you get this! A hand full of times I have been inside and just watched the workers fumble and argue with each other, Corporate or management needs to get them some type of team training again.

DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE PICKUP FROM THIS LOCATION! This location handled my midsize curb side order horribly! I was charged twice for my order! I looked on my bank app after this ordeal and saw that I was charged twice yet was fortunate enough to get a refund after the fact. I made the order and received a text saying that it was ready for curbside pick up. I pulled into a pickup parking space and was waiting for my food to be brought to my vehicle. Approximately 8 minutes passed when I decided to walk into the restaurant to ask for an update, I was told by one of the three young woman that standing around the cash register that they did not have my order ready. I informed her of the text I received stating that the order was ready and she told me in a dull tone "Oh we probably gave it to someone else then" and the three of them began to laugh. I was becoming impatient and asked if I could speak to the manager, as the young woman rolled her eyes and huffed in a rude manner she turned and yelled for the manager. The manager came and apologized saying that they would prepare a new order for me and that it would be brought out to my car. I waited in my vehicle for 10 minutes before going inside a second time to get an update and saw a large bag of food sitting on the counter. I asked one of the three teenage employees where my order was and they pointed at the bag sitting on the counter and one of them said "We called your name out like forever ago", I told her that it was a curbside order so it was meant to be brought to my vehicle and she shrugged her shoulders and turned around to continue talking to her co-workers!

Not the Wendy's you pay $16.99 for. Preheated almost cold chicken burgers and nuggets. !!!! Never hot and fresh!!!! Never. Why?? People drive from far away for Wendy's chicken, and I'm sure people won't come back paying 16.99 for a cold old item sitting there under heating light. Not cool Wendy's management. Get it together cause we want you to succeed and we want to come back and enjoy fresh food.. This doesn't happen once but everytime. Day and night!!!
