Wanted breakfast and coffee before my 13 hr shift and was there at 5:30am this morning. The store opens at 5am. I I waited for 10 minutes as the car in front of me appeared to have made an order so I thought maybe they were waiting to finish that order to take mine. That wasn't the case- no no one ever answered the speaker. As I pulled around
I think the manager was late and just arriving at 5:50 AM. Upon leaving the store it looks like they were employees waiting in their cars while the manager was just pulling up.

The customer service at this location is extremely poor. The level of disregard and the lack of dignity and decency that I experienced literally left me appalled. I would NOT recommend this location. There is an undeniable need for development in the area of professionalism for some of the staff and their leadership. A SIMPLY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! And, here is the kicker, the individuals that I encountered seemingly couldn't care less and that's the sad part! Unprofessional and apathetic.

If I could give this location a zero, I would. I placed an order via the drive through this past Thursday evening around 6:30 pm and was asked to move to area 3. Sat there for several minutes waiting for my order; mind you, I only ordered a Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder, nothing more. After sitting for almost 15 minutes I finally went in and asked for my order. The team starting asking each other about my order and the so called manager stood there pretending she was not listening. Finally a girl threw my order in a bag. No one apologized. They acted like nothing happened. I am DONE with this location. This was the second time. There will NOT be a third time. The franchise owner needs to hire people that want to work and managers that know how to manage, as well as know the meaning or service. SMH.

Zero stars! Went to order. The girl could not get my order right. She had no clue how to put the order in and I told her over and over. She did not try to get help. She just looked at me. I finally said forget it and left. Terrible, just terrible.

3 times went to this place always got different happy meal toys than advertised and I always asking if they have the specific toys. The answers YES then voila, you went home with different unwanted toy or if you checked before leaving and found out the toy is diff. The super answer always we don’t have it anymore and NOT GUILTY at all for lying to customer. I wish i can give MINUS 5 star review. Very disappointed

When I do deliveries for this McDonald's they do an amazing job of getting you your order in the very nice time. There is another McDonald's not too far from this one that provides the complete opposite quality of service. I refuse to do orders from that McDonald's, but I will never refuse an order from this location. Thank you for being professional.

Not sure what's happening but Service has declined recently. Items have been consistently forgotten by staff at drive thru window.
From ice teas, to chocolate milks for kids Happy Meals...to me asking for deluxe qtr pounder and receiving double qtr pounder.
Then when I return the items it's like Management wants to argue with you. I have the receipts too... Hospitality Fast Food decline.....

drive thru was rather zippy at this location, and my order was accurate. food seemed fresh, not sitting out for awhile before serving
