Starbucks

Been here a few times the first time I had to wait a few minutes would have been quicker going through drive thru the second time was a little better however drive-through wasn't as busy as the first time I was here so I guess it's a matter of preference once you're in the door you don't matter however that's business I would come back and I recommended this store the coffee at Starbucks is always been a little pricey if cost is not an issue with you!

I was at this location at 6:30am , they are supposed to open at 5am . I was stuck in the drive thru behind several cars who were waiting for there order to be taken . Noone came to the speaker to say that they decided to not open on time . I understand employee shortages in todays world but a simple note on the door and drive thru could have saved a ton of people some time . When I finally got around the cars in the drive thru I stopped at the window and honked . 4 girls inside just sat there and stared at me but not one was professional enough to come to the window to say they are closed . Girls of Starbucks , you gotta learn how to write a note and inform the public when you aren’t open when you should be . At 6:30am most people are trying to get to work . Most of us are patient in todays world but you need to find some professionalism at this store . I was late for work because once you get into this drive thru you are stuck in it until the cars in front of you move . Not cool .

Can’t make a hot chai latte with extra pumps of chai to save their lives. No matter how many times I ask, it’s still a very watered down version of what I receive at other locations.Every time I order, it tastes worse than the time before. Done spending my money here. It really is such a simple request.

I absolutely love this Starbucks even if I'm at one that is closer I will always always go to this Starbucks on LaGrange the people that work there are so spectacular and awesome they have such beautiful personalities always friendly always big smiles on their faces it is a joy to come to this Starbucks. I recommend if you are in the neighborhood just stop by and even if you're not , it's worth the trip you won't be sorry. Thank you guys for being a great and wonderful people you are.

This is a really decent Starbucks, clean bathrooms, plenty of seats and you can even hold small meetings here. I don't begrudge Starbucks their huge share of the coffee shop market. Small coffee shops sprang up after Starbucks created the market. I love coffee, I'll go to them all. I also give Starbucks props for providing insurance and benefits to their employees.

The employees are nice but this place is dirty. The bathrooms are nasty with grime around the sink, toilet stains, and nasty wall stains under the dryers. You can tell no one scrubs the toilet or around the sink. Gets me thinking how clean they are behind the counter. Also the music is so loud so many people left because they can’t focus or read. Maybe remove one of the speakers near the armchairs… 2 stars for the nice employees though
