Quick service! Friendly staff! Had breakfast and I don't think it's just this location but all locations over the past years have had declining quality in their product, which is sad, but out of the staffs control. We are breakfast outside in the eating area and it was lovely time spent together for a quick impromptu breakfast. It was clean and off I were to complain too much I should consider a non- fast food establishment.

Once again I try this location… worst food quality and service of any McDonald’s in the country! Asked for well done fry’s, as we always do for my wife, and got home and the fry’s are flexible from being undercooked! McDonald’s really needs to visit the place… great location and the traffic proves it, but convenience should not be the reason people come to McDonald’s. New management last year helped initially, but soon reverted back to old ways of not caring about cleanliness or quality of product and service provided. Currently I’m a truck driver and visit hundreds of McDonald’s across the USA… prior I was a fast food restaurant manager, while my wife owned a restaurant, and if I saw this level of care put into my stores… heads would have rolled! Normally I like to give positive feedback, but when it’s this bad time after time… ownership needs to be made aware.

I am a DoorDash Driver and just had an order to pick up at McDonalds, Illinois Rd, Fort Wayne, Indiana and when I walked in, not only was I not greeted by any of the employees but the manage who was standing right in front of me, leaning over, writing on a clip board said nothing. Luckily a worker that came back, maybe from the restroom, said hi. I have been in customer service for 20 years and couldn’t believe this service. How much effort does it take to acknowledge a customer? I guess you have to care. #ItsNotAlwaysTheCustomersBeingRudeToTheEmployees

So I don't typically review massive chain restaurants, but I have to give this location 5 stars. Bear in mind that I'm rating this location against other restaurants of it's type...however, they are consistent in quality and always do a good job of getting our order correct. They've also been rock solid during the pandemic. If you're planning to have fast food, this is a great choice.

We got 2 filet o fish sandwiches. They were on sale 2/$6! Plus a small fry. 2 spicy Mcchicken sandwiches. The employee told me she could add spicy sauce on the chicken patty for us, since they didn't have regular spicy McChicken. That's was nice of her to offer that !😊👍 A Shamrock shake. It was so yummy!A special shake in March. A large Dr. Pepper, lite ice. The cashier was polite& the employee at the pick up window was cheerful & friendly! Our food was tasty & warm.🍔🍟

Worst service I have ever had...manager was very rude and blamed me for their system supposedly failing. Claimed my mobile order never came through yet they had my name. Then after 10 mins at the speaker I spent another 10 at the window once again explaining I have paid already yet they wanted to charge me again after showing everything on my phone. They were rude and untrained in customer service.

Workers are in the back room by the window smoking e-vapes and Pens. Smoke be flying through my window with my children in the car and it smells horrible. Some of the workers are screaming, cussing and being unprofessional. They be making tiktoks, calling people and kissing back there. The food always smells burnt or over cooked. There’s always someone eating or drinking in back cash. I bought a meal and when i paid i got sweet and sour sauce stains on my card. Took me 30 minutes to get the stickiness off. There’s always an old worker that comes in and just walks right behind the counter. There managers are disrespectful. This mcdonald’s is unprofessional, disgusting and rude. They are slow and will have you sitting in like for 30 minutes just for you meal. Might as well call them a dine in restaurant.
