Taco Bell

I ordered $20 worth of food in the app. Showed up waited forever (not a big deal I get it everyone is short staffed). I received 2 accurate items out of 7. The rest weren’t just wrong they weren’t there at all. I’ve had a very long day and called the store to see if they would just refund my card for the items I did not receive. I was told the only thing they could do for me is remake the order. I said that doesn’t work for me. I am a loyal customer look at my order history. This is unacceptable you cannot force me to come back to your store when you screwed up. He acted like it was some kind of favor to me! Do you realize gas is $5 a gallon? I expect my card to be refunded the money you stole by not completing my order. I’m not a customer you want to lose by all means look at my order history! 6608 Lima Rd. The drive thru wait was horrible. I ended up jumping out of line and going to another Taco Bell. The second Taco Bell was no better. Long line and not moving. I stayed in line, let them know I had a mobile order and waited 22 minutes to get through the drive thru and get my food. This is the second 1 star review I have done for Taco Bell for 3 different locations. They need to step up their game and employees or maybe just shutdown locations.

About a week ago me and my husband's experience here was wonderful it was kind of late we had originally stopped at the one on coliseum the dude there was so rude disrespectful and then told us to leave when I asked him something he had he was just really rude so we went to the Lima location the gentleman taking the orders and working at the window he was very respectful he was very nice he was very outgoing very great sense of humor told him about the experience over there on coliseum I asked for corporate number he ended up solving the issue and the people the three people that were working there that night was wonderful they were all great they all had great personalities they were all friendly and they made up for a different location when they didn't have to when I just asked for corporate number and I highly recommend these people anybody to go to this one when these three people were working it was after 11:00 and even though I had this set and wait for the food to get done it don't matter it was so worth the wait in so many aspects and he also like maybe my husband have a great laugh during the drive-thru experience there and after I think them very much and I thank him for everything they do in their hard work and they deserve five stars they probably even deserve a dang raise and thank you again
