Taco Bell

Took my son to Taco Bell for lunch on his birthday. His choice. They wouldn't let us eat inside because they were short staffed so we didn't see our food until we were back home but we're not too far away. Pulled out my first section of beef quesidilla... no beef. Pulled out the second section, still no meat. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I was assuming it all slid to one side maybe but as I opened it, it didn't look like enough to share the whole space. Tried to eat my "crunchy" taco and it was soggy and fell apart in my hands. Super disappointing. My son's food wasn't very good either. He had a "crunch"wrap that wasn't crunchy and "crunchy" tacos that weren't crunchy, including the 2 Doritos Locos ones. Ugh. I guess I have to do better for his Birthday supper.

I have gone to this location often because it is very convenient to me because I work close by. I usually go after 10 p.m. Almost every time the past couple of times I have visited this location there has been some sort of issue. I went through drive thru a few days before my last visit and they told me they weren't taking any orders because the system was rebooting and to try back in 30minutes. When I drove away I looked in the store and every employee was sitting in the lobby on their phones. This last time I went on April 2nd. They were out of doritos locos shells and you couldn't get any grilled items. Both of the bean burritos with sour cream I order had no sour cream on them. All 4 of the hard shell tacos I ordered were broken in half and had hardly anything inside of them. Skimpiest tacos I have ever seen. I probably will not being returning for some time. Also I posted a review months ago and management hasn't taken the time to reach out. Not sure what posting this review will do but hoping they can get their quality control under control.

I do doordash myself and ordered tonight. Had to order twice due to a missing item. Called and was hung up on. Employee was extremely rude. They could have informed the first dasher that they were out of said item so I didn’t waste time AND money ordering it a second time (as they normally do me to let the customer know when they don’t have a certain item) I get I’ll get a refund for the item, but I won’t get a refund for the extra money I added for the tip just for the item to be missing a second time around when I wouldn’t have even wasted the money ordering it again had they just informed the dasher the first time around

Food was fresh and hot. The gentlemen that took my order was polite, friendly, and great. But that's it. The staff were horsing around. Running around the parking lot. Throwing food at each other. Cussing and swearing loudly. I had brought my 4 year old in their with me. I was not happy this this kind of staff behavior and will not be back.

I intended to dine in. However the place smelled like the combination of a Jr High boy's locker room at the end of a semester and sour milk. I dined in my car. The food was prepared flawlessly however. This location has greatly improved in the food prep area as of late. Apparently my pics a while back of nearly empty tacos and a skimpy Power Bowl struck a nerve.

Stopped on 6/26/22. Walked inside. None of the tables had been wiped down, the kitchen floor was covered in a full days worth of shredded cheese and other food. It was the lack of cleaning. The place was not clean. Restroom had NO soap so I can just imagine the filth in the food. We walked right back out and went next door to Arby's. I wish I had my phone to take pictures to post.
