Arby's

Update: This Arby's location worked to make it right. I had a disappointing visit once, but will try this Arby's again. Got some coupons in the mail because this Arby's location got a new look. One of the coupons was for a free sandwich. I make a special trip to this Arby's to get this sandwich. When I go through the drive thru, I was told I can not use this coupon. She clearly knew which coupon I was referring to. I pointed out what the coupon said and that it was not yet expired. I was then told that "the marketing team took it off the register so they could not ring it up". I said, so I have a good coupon, that you know about, that has not expired, and you gave me and I can't use it. She said yes. I pulled out of the drive thru and went home. I am not upset with the woman working the drive thru. I am upset that this Arby's sent me coupons that I can't use. Don't give out coupon that you are not willing to make good on.

Last few times I've been here the roast beef has been cut so thick you can't eat it because of how tough it is. Decided to give them another chance by making sure when I order I ask if they can cut the roast beef thinner. The lady snaps at me and says they will make it as thin as they can. I pay for my order don't get a hello nor a have a good day. Lady is completely rude. I pull out my sandwich and the roast beef still not cut right. I know they could make it thinner because I use to work for Arby's back in the day. Instead of them focusing on their new burgers they need to focus on cutting the meat right as they are waiting inventory. Never will I be back!

Really disappointed in the service at this Arby's location. I ordered 6 sandwiches at the drive through for my family and realized after I pulled forward that I forgot to ask for the Arby's sauce. I was going to walk into the lobby and get some, but it was closed and the line was extremely long. Since I was parked I waited for the current car to pull away and walked up to the window. Another nice customer waited for me. I smiled and was polite and said I forgot to ask for Arby's sauce and the guy at the window gave me 3 packets. I asked for a few more and he insisted there was a shortage. I said that I had 6 sandwiches and asked for at least one packet per sandwich and he reached into a container and got as many as he could fit in his hand and literally threw them at me. I was shocked. Some hit the ground, I caught quite a few of them. If you are having a shortage, maybe don't throw stuff at people? Maybe be polite? This was my worst ever Arby's experience. Despite this being the closest location to my home, I won't be back here. I will be driving further to avoid this location.

Pretty bad when you just go through the drive-thru order a simple 2 sandwiches.Chicken sandwich with bacon Swiss cheese lettuce and mayonnaise. Lucky I did not go too far, One little little piece of bacon no mayonnaise.Had to go back to drive through again Wait then hand them my food. They tried to fix it and give it all back to me cold..This is one reason I always tell myself don't go through drive thru.Well I guess that's fast food for you

Placed an order online with grub hub, they were given someone else's order so I got the wrong food again. On top of it all, I tried to reorder but Arby's was closed now for online orders till tomorrow. Had to get a refund even though this doesn't solve the problem. Not the first time this has happened. Obviously they have a problem there in giving out the correct orders. Oh well, I'll try somewhere else next time. again. Obviously there seems to be a problem at this one for some reason.

Ordered using the app. Arrived to a line around the building. I call and a maggie answers and says yes you need to wait in the line. No biggie..... get to order area and gentlemens says just pull around back your order has been ready. After 12 minutes in drive thru. Get home wifes beef and cheddar bread is stale and falling apart. My beef brisket bacon beef dip meal is dry and no aujus came with the meal. Seriously disappointed.

Awful. We were there at 11:12..12 minutes after the time they start serving lunch. We got 3 beef n cheddars, 2 small frys, and 2 lemonades. The buns were stale and could tell they were old by the taste. The meat was nonexistent and OLD. Literally hard on the edges that we had to peel off, didnt even finish the "sandwiches" threw a while one away...fries were old. The only thing good was the lemonades...

This store is very clean and the staff are friendly. Had a large order for several people at work and went inside to order. They were very patient and made sure they had everything right before I paid. This is a busy location but they keep the pace pretty well. Would visit here again. Great for groups or dining alone.
