They were very busy and suffering from staff shortages. It took awhile to get my order. One of the nice female staff notices that I'd been patiently waiting for my food and offered me a complimentary drink or shake. It seems like a small gesture, but I really appreciated that act of kindness. I felt valued as a customer and will always from this moment forward make it a point to stop in whenever I'm in Forest Lake. The sack of 10 sliders I ordered turned out to be some of the most delicious I've ever tasted. Totality worth the wait. 😋

First, I love white castle sliders and breakfast sandwiches. Today I went in to grab some sliders, I stepped into the restroom quick. Disgusting! The sink was absolutely grungy. I could not eat there thinking that the person making my food could possibly have clean hands after using that restroom.

It's White Castle what more can you say. There fast usually courteous, I usually get mine without onions they could do a better job of not getting sautéed onion on my burger. But they still do a great job I never wait to long.

Well, I guess I'm never eating here again. I was the only car and drive through and there was nobody in their Lobby yet they still manage to mess up the one thing I ordered. It's too bad their food is really good but I can't get what I want or what I paid for so I'm no longer coming here

We've been here multiple times when it's been busy and they always get our order out quickly! Everything has been hot and fresh.

Best kept secret is their fried egg sandwich.

I get Wheat with extra extra butter. Just like at home only better! Don't think slider (which I love) think homemade goodness

French fries were hot and fresh. Fish sandwiches were hot and fresh.
Cheeseburgers were soggy and Luke warm. Coke was terrible! The machine needs to be cleaned and the syrup water ratio adjusted.
White Castle has always been my go to junk food store. Sad to see decreased quality.

This is one of the greatest White Castles known to man. It's delicious, the workers are very nice, and when I was having car trouble they were able to provide assistance.
Many times at night, I will eat sliders in their parking lot as fast as I can because they are so good. I wish there were more White Castles around the nation.
