Did an online order and it charged my card but store didn't have order. On duty manager told her employee not to make my sandwiches cause they didn't get order but I had proof it charged my card. Was told they would make my sandwich when order comes through which could be delayed or it could refund up to 3 business days then I could order again and they will make it. Why would I order a sandwich I don't want to get for 3 business days? Very very poor customer service. That manager was wrong . Never ordering there again. Thanks to manager Jody.

Unsanitary! While my meat was being cooked the cashier (who wasn’t wearing gloves) accidentally dropped someone else’s receipt into my sandwich. Instead of just remaking it like a normal person she asked the other worker with gloves on to pick it out after it sat there a while longer. YUCK. I won’t be back that’s just disgusting. They should have just remade the sandwich.

Typically when I go here the "Sandwich Artists" seem like they have no idea what's going on. Not just with making a Sandwich but with reality. The last time I was there recently, they seemed to have new people working. Cared a bit more I guess.

I ordered foot long sub and wrap to be delivered and I am not impressed.. the delivery driver didn't call to tell me that the food was here. I called the store and gal was very rude... NOT impressed..

I was in twice yesterday. There were two high school guys working (one was Garrett, didn’t catch the other name) and they were great. They were very professional, polite, asked me how my day was going, and told me about theirs and how they were liking being back in school. It was a really positive experience and I think they deserve a shout out!

Came in just before closing when they had already locked up, but they unlocked it for me, were very professional and polite, very thankful for the service

I don't usually give negative reviews, but I just wanted to let this Subway know they should do better. My husband got a melt and the cheese was not melted at all. I got a salad and I swear it only filled 1/3 of the container. Here's my two cents: I think you need to train your employees in better here. We will never be back.

Went in and there was only one man waiting, and one former employee getting one sandwich made. There were four girls working in there. It took seven minutes to finish the former employee's sub. Well, between their catching up on things and the super slow pace, it was another 5 minutes until I even got to order my sub. There were 4 employees and 3 customers... I have to say, I think a couple employees may have been new, so maybe that's part of the extremely slow service.. Still, they were very nice and polite and the sandwich very good.
