I personally love this bonsai location. I come here all the time! The staff is super friendly! I always ask for no sesame seeds and no extra sauce because I have really bad allergies and not only are they super cool about it but the waitress always remembers me😂 I love it here. 👍🏼👍🏼

I'm a fat person, like most fat people have eating a lot of food. I didn't get this body overnight, and so when I tell you that they're spicy salmon and their spicy tuna rolls are by far some of the best things I've ever put into my mouth, I really want you to consider all of the food that this food is up against. On top of that it's so adorable inside! I can't wait to try everything else is on the menu! This particular location has a new sushi business in it all the time and they always end up going out of business but I hope to see them stay. And eating that Bonsai to before but I found this location to be even better! Their prices are really fair their fish is really fresh and there really is not a single reason not to go even if you aren't into the whole Sushi thing there's plenty else on the menu that I'm positive are prepared with just as much love as the sushi that I consumed today.

Decided to try Bonsai 3 due to having great experiences at other locations, biggest mistake ever, the restaurant was empty however it took the waitress 10 minutes to come to my table and when she did she had an attitude and was un-courteous. Despite having alcoholic beverages listed on the menu, none were available. The soup we ordered was not up to par with taste in comparison to the other locations. We’ll definitely not come here again.

This restaurant is in an area where places typically close early (like 9pm on weekdays). I’m giving them a 1-star rating because the people who live in this are expect an establishment to keep their hours of business consistent. I ordered from Seamless and almost an hour after my order they cancelled because the decide to close or at least stop taking delivery orders 2 HOURS EARLY! Leaving me with nothing but diners to order from because of their lack of concern towards customers. They’ve received good reviews for food but I guess I’ll never know because I’ll never put any trust into ordering from them again!

I tried Bonsai 3 a few days ago. It was very good. I had the lunch special and it was tasty and the price was great. My only suggestion is that the soup was in such a small container. I think the soup could be a little bigger.
Anyway, I loved the food so much I went and ordered some other rolls for lunch today. I wanted to try some different ones. They did not disappoint. They were delicious! My husband had some this time too and he said he really enjoyed them as well. We found a new sushi place for us. I’m so excited. I definitely recommend ordering from here. You won’t regret it! Yum 😋 😋 😋

Extremely rude experience. We never have any issues with this location for the most part, once they got an order wrong and they actually drove out to our location with a new roll to rectify their mistake.
Tonight, my mother called and ordered a lobster salad avacado roll with no crunchy. I've been getting this roll for as long as this bonsai has been open, they never put crunchy on the inside so I'm not sure if something changed. I'm celiac and can't have the crunchy. I heard my mom tell the waitress no crunchy, and say 'no' when she asked about it inside. Now, since I've injested it already I need to take care of myself to ensure it doesn't really mess me up. If you have any type of autoimmune disease, you know what even a little amount of an allergen can do to you.
When I called to let them know, the waitress started LAUGHING AT ME over the phone. She was incredibly rude and was fighting with us that we didn't ask for that. This is the order we get EVERY time as I'm limited with my meals, so it was honestly their mistake.
After she finished laughing at us and being incredibly rude, she asked us to come pick up the new roll. I told her that's okay, have a good night because we aren't going to deal with a place that is so nasty especially after telling them that there was an allergy.
Be mindful when you go here, especially if you have allergies. Like I said we never have issues and the only other time we have (about 2 years ago) they were really kind. Not sure if this person is new, but the customer service needs an adjustment.
