Wing Sing Kitchen

Delicious food ALWAYS. The service is super fast, and for as many times as we have ordered (we’re pretty much on a weekly basis), I don’t think they have ever gotten our order wrong. The lady who answers the phone and works the counter is super friendly and very generous to us each time. We have tried every other Chinese food place in the area and this one comes out on top each time!

I love Wing Sing! The food is very good and flavorful. Tip: Get the chicken wings well done. Thank me later. The service is great! I’ve seen some negative remarks on the service, but you have to understand...there’s a cultural and language barrier both parties must navigate. If you have a little patience and don’t take small missteps too personally (as with anything in life), it’s not bad. The food is worth it. Wing Sing is good comfort food.

We moved recently and asked around and found out that Wing sing kitchen is 7 minutes away from Chelsea Ridge Complex and has good food. So I called them up and tried it out and love their food, good service and the staff is very nice. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good Chinese food place to eat at.

I stopped by here while waiting for my partner to get a haircut. (She was wearing black pants) I got a pork egg roll and some cold sesame noodles. There was litter in the parking lot. I hope I didn't get the COVID-19. It was sunny and warm. I'm still hungry, but at least it'll hold me over until I get some alcohol in my stomach later. I might go home and watch a movie on Netflix.

Having ordered from here weekly and being treated as I was tonight is appalling. Ordered the usual for delivery and when at the door was told I never paid. I send him away saying I did. He comes back with a woman on the phone saying to give the card again. I do a second time. Check my bank account to see it was charged twice now. I call back she says yes she lost the receipt. She needs to call the company for their terminal to have the card refunded. She calls back and asks my card a third time for the refund. I ask what is she going to do about the inconvenience she says nothing and hangs up as I’m speaking. Call again ask for owner. She says he’s not there. Then she says she’s the owner. Then the owner doesn’t talk to anyone. As a regular here you would think I would’ve gotten a discount or refund or at least not hung up on. Never going back rather give my money somewhere it’s appreciated.
