Panera Bread

**Food was very good, dining room was clean, staff nice. I would have stayed but had company waiting at home. Problem we had was I didn't check my order before I left and one of my guests meal was not in the bag. It was paid for though. By the time I got home it was too late to return. Very upsetting. ****Although nothing could correct this, I had a guest with no food, the manager did impress us with not only giving us a refund for the food missing but for the entire meal! That was welcomed and unexpected. There was a wait at takeout line. It appeared short staff possibly.

Hi! We just ate lunch here. My son and I haven't been to one before. A manager asked if we needed help and was very kind. We eventually decided on a pepperoni flatbread for him, I had the Mediterranean bowl. Both were delicious to me, my son not so much (we're in a picky phase right now). The manager asked if he liked it, he told her no ( the honesty of children 😂). She then suggested a few other options, he decided on a chicken Caesar. He was much happier! Another manager chatted with us too. The whole staff wasnsuper friendly and kind. She didn't have to replace his meal but she did and I really appreciate that. We'll definitely be back!

Service: accurate, polite and fast. Food: the soup had robust flavors. It was way better than I expected. The sandwich didnt taste as flavorful as it normally does. The hibiscus Tea was good. I enjoy the slightly bitter taste that hibiscus has. Parking & seating: During lunch is was so packed it was hard to find parking and a seat. I would recommend eating at this Panera location.

This is my local Panera. The food is usually good. Drinks, bakery, sides are good. I wish they would be more mindful of wiping tables after customers leave. On my recent visit, when I asked for bread on the side with my sandwich, the took the contents of the sandwich, put it in a bowl, and placed the bread of the sandwich next to that, untoasted. Kind of bummed out my meal to have it not warm and that I had to put the contents onto the bread. What I meant is the baguette. I wanted a baguette on the side, not my sandwich to be deconstructed. Guess you have to be super specific to get orders right 🤷‍♂️
