I have been coming here and this is not the first time, this has happened many times so I decided to write a review, I ordered spicy potato’s soft tacos, when I spoke to the person during drive through he didn’t even mention they were out of chipotle sauce and gave me these tacos, some of the potatoes were black as well, chips for the nachos was stale and disgusting, I spoke to the manager David who had given me these tacos, he didn’t do anything about this, just told me to come back tomorrow as he didn’t want to deal with it. If you don’t have some the sauce you let me know, so we can order something else, overall their food has not been fresh, worst is not doing anything about it.

Came here in desperation while driving home to Seattle after a very long journey from a remote island in Canada. The stable geniuses at the drive through provided me with no eating utensils, whatsoever. Also, it was pouring down rain, the main lobby area closed, and it took me almost twenty minutes waiting in line to place the order to begin with. Alas, I ate the thing with a plastic card dug up from the car, as evidenced here in the photo. I get they want to minimize waste, but maybe just go ahead and give people the utensils when it’s critical in enabling you to eat what you ordered.

I came for the long awaited return of the Mexican Pizza. Drive thru line moved smoothly. Cheers to a great Taco Bell team.

Haven't eaten here in quite a while. I pulled up at dinner time and the drive thru was empty. Should've been my first clue. I ordered 2 crunch wraps. One had barely a sprinkling of meat and the other had no meat. None at all. Its Taco Bell, it's never been quality food but this is too much. No other customers were there the entire time and it was still messed up. Avoid like the plague

Rarely is an order messed up. Better track record on that than any other drive thru I go to. Also, on most occasions, they're faster than most other places. Tasty, reasonably priced, and fast -- everything you might want in fast food.

Have ordered from the this location multiple times using door dash, and haven't had my order correct once. Either items were made wrong or items were missing. I've tried at different times to see if maybe they were just busy but haven't received a correct order yet.

It used to be great going here but now the night shift, especially whoever worked on April 22, 22, makes none of the food right. On all tacos or burritos they just throw together the sauce on the end and I asked for extra rice, they basically ONLY gave me rice and the burrito was smaller than normal, it's EXTRA rice and I PAID extra for it. The guy just shrugged when I commented on the laziness
