Arby's

They discontinued ham sliders which was my daughter's go to and didn't have straws. Curly fries were hot, fresh and very delicious. I'm not a huge fan of fries but I enjoyed them even when they were cold. The mac n cheese is new and very cheesy. It needs to be stirred really well before eating. The cheese tasted too processed for my 13 yr old but I liked it. Definitely buy it again. As always the Reuben sandwich and the Beef 'N Cheddar were delicious.

Walked up to the door to dine in surrounded by giant signs saying dining room now open but the door was locked during business hours. Called the store and nobody picked up phone rang until it beeped and gave up. Finally allowed to enter by an employee only to be told by the lying red-headed manager that she could not help anybody in her lobby today because it was only her and one other person. There were three people in view from customer side of the counter and no notice on the door. Every restaurant in town is understaffed however manages to either serve their customers or put a sign up.

Lines are always short yet the amount of time a car spends at the food delivery window is insane. You truly can't judge how long you will be sitting there by looking at how many cars are there. You also CANNOT get out of line once you get in line UNLESS you are In the front of the line or the very back. Food is alright but Arby's is still losing their quality in food.
