Pizza 9

ordered a 8 piece wings,, this is what came out, under cooked wings, it seemed that this happens alot, they made me something else right away, but tried to claim that this how the wings are supposed to come out,, then blamed the vendor for sending diffrent kind of wings, then said that i have to order them cooked twice as long...

Not consistent enough. Second time eating at this location and I will not be doing it again! First time I got a nice fluffy, buttery and crunchy crust for deep dish. Second time it was deflated and kind of stale. I'd rather go to Little Caesars than pay $42 w/discount, for pizza and wings, to a place that can't be thorough enough in making sure your order is right and quality is good.

Until today, I’ve been a happy customer but this is the last time I ever order from here again. I was told 30-40 minutes, called 50 minutes later and was told my order was ready and waiting for a driver. I called 15 minutes later and asked for fresh pizzas and was told it would be another hour. We agreed to a 50% discount on the old ones and that the driver was on her way. 20 minutes later, the driver calls and says she’s just leaving now and had another delivery ahead of us. It’s now been two hours since I placed the order and we are still waiting….. If they had told me it will be two hours, I’d have had a choice and been okay. I’m not okay with lies and runaround. There’s no need to treat people this way and expect them to continue to patronize your store.

It was a late Monday night, where the family was all tired. Ordered some pizzas, got our table number, and sat down. After getting scammed a dollar or two on arcade games that didn't work, we patiently waited for 40 minutes for our pizza. Eventually, we got tired and one of us approached the counter to learn that the pizzas had been made but no effort was made to bring them to the table. Frustrated but hungry, we dug in to the worst pizza we could have ever tasted. Sauce watery, crust oily. Frescetta can do better. Good luck finding a good time at this place. Maybe you will, if you side with good luck.

All we ordered was a Supreme pizza, but it was the best we'd ever had. Everything tasted and looked homemade, from the dough to even the sausage balls on top. Just one large pizza filled up three of us and left us satisfied, we barely even had to eat breakfast the next morning because we were still full. Will definitely be back if I ever am in the area.

So I ordered a couple of pizzas and a salad, I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes or so. An hour and 20 minutes and im still here barely getting my food. Don't get me wrong I got my pizzas in an hour but it took an extra 20 minutes for the chicken on my salad to cook. I understand they were busy but no pizza is that good to wait that long for. DISAPPOINTED... After all that time you expect something good, but you can tell it was rushed just trying to get the order out and on to the next.

I would have rated it 5 but this was brutally slow service for no reason. To be fair this was my first pizza 9 experience and after the long long wait I was ready to write a horrible review. BUT then the thin crust lobo pizza came and OMG.......that completely turned me around. Very good tasty fresh pizza. I will be going back. So new update(January 18th)...went back and the service was on point the food was fast and hot and above all delicious. Added wings to my order and was not disappointed. Was asked multiple time if everything was ok and if the food was up to our liking. You have a new repeat customer!!!
