We chose this place at random just to get green chile as we passed through New Mexico, and it ended up being one of the better places we ate in NM. We also tried their chicken taco and meat burrito. Both tasted best with the green chile. The taco shells were fried and added really nice texture to the bite. I think the chicken could be a little bit more moist, but not a deal breaker. They included a small packet of salt with the taco in case you'd like it saltier. The meat burrito is literally just full of meat, which is great value. If this was in my home town, I'd keep coming back here.

Stopped by for two breakfast burritos on our way from Albuquerque to Taos. Called when we were about ten minutes away and they were both ready when we got there. The burritos were solid but not exceptional. For our taste, too much potato and not enough egg. The spice was at a nice level

Love this place. The tacos are phenomenal, the hot sauce and guacamole are both perfectly spicy, and I am never disappointed with any of their locations. This one was outdoor seating, so it’s perfect for anyone with pets.

Wow! Awesome picnic food or take home to go! This is the food truck for El Paraguy and right next door to the main restaurant. Delicious shredded beef tacos and tasty menudo. Expect a long wait during lunch hours and on Sundays. A must place to eat when in Espanola, Santa Cruz or Chimayo area.

Soooooo good!!! Super friendly and reasonably priced. Everything was so fresh and the watermelon agua fresca was refreshing! Chicken taco was seasoned perfectly. Beef was very good too! The red chile was hot, but flavorful!!

Awesome place, I’ve been here a few times over the last few years when traveling through the area. Burritos are incredible and the salsa is SUPER hot. I enjoy spicy food and even still I can only eat a few chips in a row dunked in salsa before I have to stop.

Almost a food truck, this tiny stand turns out tasty huge portions at a very reasonable price. I got a spicy chicken stuffed sopapilla which was so huge I could not finish. Husband got some chipotle chili soup and some tasty pork tamales. We're going back ASAP.
