Epic Wings

The wings, ranch, and sauces are very good. The bread sticks are hit and miss. We get the boneless honey barbecue family pack. You get 20 boneless wings, 2 ranch, carrots and celery, along with their famous bread sticks for a whooping $52 this is with no tip no delivery. So we have had several orders where the bread sticks tasted like they were a day old and we're just not edible, ended up throwing them out. Other times the bead sticks are great and you can't stop eating them. I'm not sure what is affecting the quality control of the bread sticks. The boneless wing can verry in quality and seeing they are $2 each you would hope each one was plump and gristle free. We have figured out how to make our own now at about 5 bucks for 20 Honey barbecue boneless wings.

Staff is horrible little girls with terrible attitude, when first called I couldn’t hear the girl I asked her to speak up and wouldn’t. Apparently she didn’t know the prices were not online,l. When I picked up was told everything is in the bags when got home fries not there. I called immediately and was told by the girl she didn’t know how to do a refund and another guy would call me back. Didn’t hear back so I called them. Was put on hold for a while to just be told that management not in and I had to call back again tomorrow. Story changed as they were just playing games, wanted me to cross town for an order of fries instead of refund $8. The chicken was dry on top of it all. The store looks ghetto and the staff act the same, love the San Marcos and Murrieta locations

The place is slowly changing and I see new people working in the place it looks like they're trying to clean it up and one of the guys in the front was very curious and informative and helpful also buy a big surprise I noticed one of my previous employees working there she is definitely one of the best and clean and trustworthy employee so that's more of the reason I will be going back there again thank you guys keep up the good work the food is still good

The wings and strips are usually pretty good, the issue is you can never get anyone to pick up the phone to place an order. Their prices go up all the time, unfortunately their service goes down just as often. It’s worth the drive just to call the San Marcos location and forget this one even exists since they never have the time or staffing for customers.
