Pizza Hut Express

Not really what I expected. This Pizza Hut is located on the Welk resort. I live next door to the work resort and just found out about its location. First I looked for it it on Google and I wanted to make an online order. But there was no contact information. No ordering information not even a phone number. So I looked for them on the Pizza Hut app. They don't even show up on the app. So finally I took a drive over there just to see what they were about. It's a small and very limited shop. The menu is also limited. There are no specials or discounts. I guess that's because they're on a resort and everything is top dollar. It's nice having a Pizza Hut practically next door but I will probably use them very seldom. It's cheaper just to drive into town and get better deals. They do have a plexiglass screen to separate the customers from the person working in the back. But she has a very hard time hearing you when you're trying to ask questions or place your order. You almost have to scream even though they have a microphone. That was a little annoying. I'm sure it's annoying for the person who works there also.

All the websites all say this Pizza Hut is open until 10:00. I called a bit after 7. It rang for 20 mins but, I really needed to feed my kids after checking in and unpacking so I assumed they were on with other callers so I stayed on the lune. Someone finally answered and said they close at 7 with an attitude and hung up. I checked again and ALL sites say 10. I called again and apparently we are supposed to know there is a sign on the door. I don’t know about other owners here but, I pay a TON of money to have time here and expect that I can get Pizza before 7:30 on a Friday night. Maybe I’ll give more stars when this place is open when people are ordering and can taste their pizza & have less of an attitude with people that call after 7

I'm at a resort, and needed something not too expensive. Saw Pizza Hut and went in thinking pizza, but walked out with chicken alfredo, a few breadsticks and a drink for under $12. It was so-so yummy. Just had to put a shout out to the lovely lady that made my lunch for me. Best pasta I've had in a very long time. Thank you bunches. :)

Tried to get food at 7:15pm. It turned out that the store closed at 7pm on a friday evening even though the website indicated that the store was open until 10pm. We spent the week working around the issue of almost no food on the entire resort. I am baffled how a beautiful place located miles from any outside food sources has almost no food on premise. I understand that there are issues associated with COVID-19, but this is a massive failure of the management of this facility. Such a disappointment!
