Sonic Drive-in

The worst sonic I have every had. The picture is my order but not what I ordered. I have seen kids meals bigger than those small boxes. And the chicken was horrible, batter not cooked had some kind of gel in it and a unchewable film. Best thing about this lunch was the tea. And I paid $8 for that garbage.

We bought rt 44 drink, coffee with French vanilla, Ultimate meat wrap and sausage egg croissant. The croissant is the size of the sausage. The wrap was cold. And since we ordered from the app we couldn't get our money back. They only have large cups. Shouldn't they have given change back for the drink.

I give him five stars because they're almost getting my order right every time. But here lately when I place a slushy order they don't read the ticket. I get a coconut slushie I add cherry and add real cherries to it and a lime wedge. They don't read the ticket and they don't add the cherries or the lime wedge to it. I did talk to the manager. She came to the car after I called 800 number and she gave me her card but still they are not feeling my order correctly. One person told me they're having a problem with the app. I said no you're not having no problem with the app because the app says I can add cherry juice and cherries to it and a lime wedge to it and the ticket says the same thing so it must be a human error Not a app error Because the app is correct and my receipt is correct. It means someone inside the building is not reading the tickets correctly. Human problem

I 🤔 maybe I sat at the booth and ordered food this time.it was done right my flat mate insisted that I go here even when I had 3 bad experiences and wrong order taken.i was hesitant I said if it was bad again I would call corporate office and complain to them.i don't knoe if it's because I'm Irish and have a deep accent but one time I paid and they only gave me my beverage and I had cars waiting behind me and after 10 mins of waiting I drove away after I had paid.i have a mellow temper but that day I have not been there for over a bloody year.with this long winded text I am sending may have your eyes rolling at this but be in my shoe's and buy thing's here in this country.
