We are frequent customers of Fiesta Grill, at least one time a week. The staff is wonderful! We give many kudos to Maria. She is ALWAYS on the ball, quickly to get our drinks, appetizers & our food. The other staff members are wonderful also. The food is ALWAYS super hot, fresh & delicious. You will get great service from the time you walk in the door until you check out with your ticket. It's a great eating atmosphere for sure. You can't go wrong by choosing Fiesta Grill!!

The staff is like family. Very friendly atmosphere. I ordered a chile relleno. They stuffed it with meat AND cheese and topped it with ranchero sauce and more cheese. This deserves five stars, people.

The server was good but our food took about 40/50 min we got the fajita trio for two and it looked like it was serving for one person, the serving of the rice was ridiculous small food wasn’t so good I won’t be going back
Go try out Mexicano grill down the street wayyy better!!!

My girlfriend Jennifer took me here on my birthday. Good food, good service with a calm atmosphere. The chicken flautas, made with corn tortillas were nice and crispy and had a moist interior.

Edited to add: this review is of lunch. Great place in midday but dinner is...not great, everything seemed reheated. But for lunch, this is easily my favorite restaurant in Ennis. Salsa is delicious, homemade with cilantro and the chips are freshly toasted; they have a crazy wide selection of margaritas; and the tortilla soup is fresh and filling, with shredded chicken, cheese, and generous wedges of avocado. Enchiladas are the real standout here—don't miss the potato enchiladas. The sauce on sour cream chicken enchiladas leaves some flavor to be desired, but cheese enchiladas with fresh queso are amazing. And the prices are quite reasonable. Park on the south side of the building for covered parking!

We got there right at 4:00. Ordered and ask the waitress if it was happy hour she said it’s not 4:00. We would have order dessert if we had happy hour drinks

Ate here on Saturday june 18th, 2022. We were the first customers in the door. The restaurant was FILTHY. It was a truly disgusting experience. The wall next to me was covered in splatters of various colors and consistency, syrup looking runs, and a line of ants. The table we sat at was sticky and the booth seats were covered in crumbs. The food was terrible and bland! The server tried her best and the staff was friendly. But this goes down as the dirtiest restaurant I've ever eaten at.

HORRIBLE SERVICE THEY HAVE NOTHING BUT YOUNG KIDS WORKING AND THEY DONT KNOW DETAILS ON THE MENUE .. ALSO WHEN WE ASKED FOR JAFRITOS THEY SAID ONLY LIME FLAVOR BUT THE OTHER WORKKES PASS BY WITH DIFFRENT FLAAVORS.... AND TWE ORDED CHALUPAS AND WE GET 2 TOSTADAS WITH LETTUS ON THEM AND THEY TELL US THOES ARE CHALUPAS.... NEVER WILL I GO BACK
