Ihop

Waited at the door for 5 mins. Someone in street clothes greeted me and seated me. Only 1 server. Ordered orange juice and got watered down orange juice. Ordered a pancake combo, took almost 30 mins to get and there was 1 other table in there. The big top by me hadn’t even ordered yet so my food should have taken maybe 10 mins. Turns out they forgot my order. Really? Not sure what the disconnect there was. It finally came and was WRONG! Not surprised honestly. No music playing. Extremely hot in the dining room. This place has gone hill since Christina Dodson left. Absolutely awful. I only came because I wanted pancakes. Next time I’ll just go to Dennys.

The 3rd photo is what i ordered and the first 2 photos are what i got the burgers are soggy af because of the tomatoes already being on the burger the fries are soggy af because of the tomatoes no pickles no onions completely ridiculous now i do have to say we called and complained and let them know what was going on and they did give us a full refund which i appreciate but come on do better guys

Worst IHOP experience ever.. came on a Sunday got the all you can eat pancakes... took an hour and a half to even get our order, placed another round of pancakes before she left after delivering the food. Never got those pancakes, never got any refills on our drinks... the food was cold... tried to tell the manager who was no where to be found. Called up there after we left to speak with a manager told her about the experience and she got mad at us saying we should have asked for a manager while we are there.. we were there for about 2 hours and were kind of in a rush. We waited 10 minutes inside for a manager and no one ever came.. she didn't understand that I guess so I hung up on her. Won't ever be back.

Please do not eat here. We were traveling through town and met a friend here for breakfast. No greeter at the door, cleaning supplies (broom and dust pan) by the front "welcome" desk. Only one waitress, and many people came and left due to lack of greeting and service. I ordered an omlette that they say is made with pancake batter- WHY? It was inedible and the first time in decades that I have not eaten what I ordered. Then my spouse got undercooked bacon. 7 hours later he had a sick stomach, which we surmise was due to the undercooked bacon since he only had bacon and eggs that day. I have never left a bad review, and I always try to find something positive. But, this place needs a serious overhaul. 3 days later I am still thinking about how bad it was.

Service is awful! Never going back again we waited over 40 minutes for our food I order a club sandwich and my son a burger there was only 3 tables that's included our table and we still waited 40 min the waitress (Tiffany) Service was bad other waitress had to help cause she was to busy at a table that wasn't hers talking and hugging a girl at the end we left without tipping her I did tip the other girl that helped more then Tiffany did. The next day when my payments hit my card I saw that she tipped herself $10! I called and asked for management they gave me the run around I showed up to the restaurant and Tiffany tried to hand me $10 dollars and said here now we're even! I got so mad and demanded to speak to management finally 4 DAYS later I got everything cleared up. WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD CLOSELY WHEN YOU VISIT ENNIS IHOP!!

Every ihop I have been to has been super slow but the waitress here was horrible. She acted annoyed when we asked for extra time to look over the menu. Then re ran out of drink half way through the meal and she said would you like more to drink and we said yes but she only came back 10 min later with the check no drinks. Horrible service
