Starbucks

It's a Starbucks. What more can you say? Well like all other Starbucks, this one offers hot coffee Beverages and cold coffee beverages, a small selection of Teas, and pastries and some food items. It is, your quintessential corporate coffee establishment. You know when you go to Starbucks that everything will be just like at every other Starbucks. Sometimes that can be nice, but it doesn't offer much in the way of exploration or variety.

The barista was super nice, going out of her way to tell me she'd "be right with me" multiple times and was very friendly. I go to multiple Starbucks because I know I'll get a consistent cup of coffee but sometimes the baristas can be a little curt. Not at this one, both of them in the store were nice and the lady made my drink quickly and with a smile. It's not the closest one to me but I can see now why it has a higher rating than the one in Cardiff.

The baristas are nice but 9 out of 10 times I go here my coffee tastes burnt & scalds my mouth. I keep trying to give them a chance because they're walking distance from my office but I keep getting disappointed. (& I don't have time to wait for them to remake my drinks because I go in between clients) I've contacted corporate offices a few times but nothing has changed

very very very RUDE customer service. We came here with my family and left in a bad mood. Managers and baristas were all argumentative and rude. Which is completely unacceptable. We were trying to use the restroom and they told us we have to go to another building because they will shut the bathroom down for cleaning for the night. I asked if they could wait to clean because my daughter was feeling sick to walk that far to another building. Its absolutely unacceptable to not only be so argumentative and rude but also no one closes the bathroom for cleaningvwhen customers are already waiting , especially when its a SMALL CHILD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
