Starbucks

i dont know why or how the reviews are so good here but the service was SO bad, they always make every single one of my drinks wrong. the one fat lady with blonde hair works so slow i dont even know how she is getting paid. she took her own sweet time just to make one of the most popular items on the menu taste like syrup and water 🤮🤮🤮

OK starbucks. We get it. You can put a store inside a store that sells your products. Not to mention you have a walk in and drive thru store in the same shopping mall. The coffee is fair. Nothing to rant or rave about, although I don't claim to be a connoisseur. It's just it always smells burnt and tastes gross. Not a fan of the nasty microwaved filler foods they got. The customer service is good enough to take Starbucks from a 2 star to a 3 star.

I went there today and ordered a matcha latte and i forgot to mentioned oatmilk cause im lactose intolerance,so i told Jack that i made a mistake and he was very nice and made me anither matcha latte with oatmilk and he even apoligize that he should have asked me,what a nice guy.his very professional and nice about it,last time i was there i made anither mistake and the lady,shes a the heavy set lady she yelled at me and told me that she will charge me and i can take the other one either i can throw it away or give it to sone one else,she was veryrude,not likè Jack best customer service.
