This place is nerve racking!!
They play the loudest and most intense music as if they have planned it to kick the consumers out!! They start the type of cleaning coffee shops at closing or after closing by turning the chairs upwards on the tables …. At 6pm when they are suppose to close at 8pm. Most of the times they even kick all the costumers out at around 4-5pm saying that they are doing the daily cleaning!! This place is the most unwelcoming and worse Starbucks I have ever been to! The picture you see is at 6:30 while they are suppose to close at 8pm!!
I think they even goof around with their WIFI!!

I went into Starbucks at this location to take my 82 yr old mother to the restroom before buying six people coffees and snacks on our way to the Bay Area . Their bathroom closed sign was up I asked how much longer the barista looked at me and said I don't know we don't have time to clean it!!!!!!! Are you kidding me???????? You should be required as a business that serves food and drinks to have a clean and working restroom heck I would have cleaned but this was an unacceptable answer

The manager here is amazing. Staff turnover is ridiculous due to the pandemic and nobody wanting to work just wanting to get paid. Get the manager keeps the place clean and running and orders getting out the door as fast possible.

I had the absolute WORST experience ever at this Starbucks today! Staff seemed more preoccupied talking loudly with one another about everything else
other than focusing on orders customers made. I waited close to 30 minutes to get 2 drinks, one of which was wrong. When I asked to speak to a manger, I come to find out that the main person who paused making my drinks was one socializing with coworker. Although I️ got a refund for my drink made in error, I️ will NEVER go to that Starbucks again! HORRIBLE customer service! SMH!

Precovid this was sweet place. Now staff rude and given they are consumed in their own stuff, asking basic question is an intrusion. Pete’s around corner still rocks with awesome staff.

I had the worst experience of my life! The employees were quite rude and slow. The blonde female messed up my order and she was very disrespectful about it. Worst Starbucks to visit.
