Cali Burger the quality of the food is okay the restaurant needs a little better maintenance in the front and also in the back the restroom that's why I don't give you five stars because he needs attention price their fair prices not that not that expensive but not that cheap fair price I will come next time and I hope I see improvement hope that staff and management read the comment

1st and last time coming here. Horrible service. Had a party of 5 and got all of our orders mixed up. Ordered ice cream and it wasn’t even intact basically melted all over the cone. Asked for the check and waited at least 15 min before having to approach them at the counter and ask again. Didn’t even get the check and just told us verbally the amount owed and showed the screen with the amount and the option for tip. We put 15% in the tip option and she flipped the screen back over before charging the card. Turns out they already had also included a service charge gratuity of 15% ($14.40) without making it known to us and then ON TOP of that total we added a 15% tip. ($17.51) . Very unprofessional and definitely not up for the hype. Better off going to Red Robin. Tastes better, cheaper, professional, actual cups( not just a can with a straw) and most importantly upfront when it comes to pricing.
