Really can't comprehend how this location is still in business. TWICE I've gone for the cookie butter Dasher and "they don't have it". I asked for a brownie Dasher and no brownies. What's the point in being open if everything is out of stock? Or the employees are maybe too lazy and don't feel like making items? They never want to give you whipped cream. Very inconsistent pricing. Please avoid don't waste your time.

This place is AWFUL!! The man at the shop threw my kids ice cream on the counter after I paid!! I went in to get my kid an ice cream and it took over 15 minutes to get help, despite there being 5 WORKERS available. The one girl spent at the register spent the 15 minutes we were there, giggling and flirting with someone who was ordering a cake. 2 other workers saw the line building up but instead occupied themesleves with unnecessary tasks, while the other 2 workers hid out in the back…. After 15 minutes I walked to one of the men and asked if anyone was working?! He told me he was busy but would help me all while being angry and giving me an attitude. He made the ice cream my kid asked for. When it was time to pay he put the lid on it and threw it on the counter. I asked him why he threw my ice cream on the counter and he told me “you’re in a rush!” I really wanted to just cancel the order at that point, but didn’t want to punish my kid over some miserable person.

My family and I drive 30min out of our way to come to this Carvel because we always have a great experience. The ice cream is VERY tasty and I usually see new flavors being made every time I go in. The staff is very nice, and they always interact with my 2 younger daughters who get very excited for ice cream. Very sanitary and clean establishment which means a lot for me, as I work in the food industry. We also order custom birthday cakes from them which are always delicious and beautifully designed.
