I ordered a famous star by itself with a medium Coke by itself the medium Coke was $2.99. When I get to the window the cashier tells me that they are out of Coke that if Dr Pepper is OK. I said yes Dr Pepper is fine, he comes back with my order and hands me A CAN DR PEPPER. 12OZ. Carl’s Jr. y’all think this is ok? Still charged me full price. Not cool.

I don't know how they did it but they actually found cheaper bacon. Don't eat here or ANY Carl's Jr. One time they charged me for extra onions without telling me of the charge and there is nothing on the menu that says the charge. It is illegal to charge for something that is not shown on the menu. I didn't even get the extra onions. Real rip off artists and frauds.

Piss Poor Customer Service, I walked up to the window , which usually has been accustomed to serving out the drive thru to those on foot ! After I waited for 8 cars to pass thru , the Employee popped out the Window and with Attitude About How People Demand to Be Serviced thru the window ! Now I Was About to purchase 4 premium combos for my family and I , My daughter went to bed hungry cs she was so sad 😞 She didn't want anything else! Plus it seems every time I order they find a way to mess it up , Like order an Egg and Cheese biscuit and receive Bacon Egg and Cheese Burritos And it clearly stated on the receipt what I ordered ! Best Not to Eat Here !

Pay 42 dollars for our food wait 25 minutes at the window I wouldn't recommend this Carl's Jr to anyone it used to be a good place to eat but now it's awful my burger was saturated in oil they let our fries sit on the counter and get ice cold just awful service all around if I could have rated it at zero star I would have
