Subway

I will never be returning to this Subway again. Terrible service by the cashier, followed by a manager that did not care for customer service whatsoever! She even said, "If you have a problem, call that number." And pointed to a sign above the menu, and walked away. I hate posting negative reviews, but this one Subway experience really upset me and Id rather not see anyone else be treated this way.

I had the worst experience the other day at this Subway, I first off want to say when I walked in and was face to face with the girl who was about to take my order she did not even greet me or speak to me she just started putting on her gloves starring at me, so I was forced to start ordering without her asking me anything and next I wanted a kids meal sandwich with only bacon because my child is very picky and I always go to subway to order this and there was never a problem, but at this subway the girl told me that they could not do it anymore with only bacon but I went previously and they did do it so I don’t understand why they couldn’t this time. I’m definitely never going back here they had very rude customer service !! I ended up leaving and not purchasing anything, and I was going to purchase 4 sandwiches total but because of there poor attitude it changed my mind. I wish I would’ve gotten the girls name. But the Owner or manager definitely needs to put there employees on check because it’s not okay. 👎🏼👎🏼

I arrived at subway at 8:30 pm, thinking to myself that I have 30 minutes to get a sandwich, more than enough time right? I guess not! They were closed at 8:30!! Why put “closes at 9 pm” on your schedule if you’re going to close at 8:30!!!! Change it to 8:30 and stop wasting people’s time to drive there!!!!!!

I just ordered two of the steak and cheese melts and let me just say...wow! First off they have to cook it in a paper bag..? Then they don’t don’t even tell you once they toast it, you can’t add anything else to it (so you have to toast it with the veggies already on it..) also they put like a bunch of cheese on it which melts off into the paper bag so when you’re about to eat it, you’re only eating bread and meat and maybe some veggies..no cheese! Smh I come here all the time and I’ve never had complaint but today..with that sandwich.. I might not come back!! Plus the whole sandwich smelled like a damn paper bag!! Please figure out a better way to make this or just don’t sell it cause it’s definitely not a good idea!!
