Disappointed... why is the regular combo bowl now so small?? the servings of meat ratio is ridiculous

As I walked to this classic Japanese franchise, I was hoping for a better then McDs experience. I was greeted with a gentlemen. He seems very impatient to all the customers including me. Might be a bad day.

Food is good. But did not receive original beef with my food. As I Had ordered. I received original beef fat. "Where's the beef?!" Very disappointing. Will not be going to this particular place again.

This middle aged asian man always has such an impatient attitude. Previously, it is what it is. My order has always been accurate, so no complaints. Ordered in store today, but he got one order completely wrong. I didn't realize it until I got home. I got (2) combo plates. He messed up part of the order on the receipt by writing NO VEGETABLES. I saw it on the LCD POS screen, so I asked him, "So both orders come with vegetables right?" and he curtly nods in assent. By the time I get home and open up my plate, that one plate has NO VEGETABLES and the tilapia had somehow become original beef. I checked my receipt to see if he messed up the protein choice. Nope. It says tilapia, so whoever put together the order also messed up. Its a fast food restaurant, but one that is prone to mistakes. They're the closest Yoshinoya around here so I'll still go back, but I'm always going to double check my order before I leave the store. You've been warned.

Worst clam chowder at any Yoshinoya. Watery and tasteless. The place smelled of mold. I do not recommend this place. I regret going there.

The improvement in customer service (warm welcoming, accurate taking of orders, speedy service) especially when Steven is around and freshness preparing your order it's a plus at this location. I wish all 100% of the employees were like the one mentioned above... I'll give them 5 stars!£

We have been here for two times, both on Saturday noon. The service was fast and staff was friendly. We ordered the new item, honey walnut shrimp bowls today. It tasted good.
