Zwick's Pretzels

Best place to get pretzels in the city. Made fresh to order, so they're warm when you get them. Often lined up, especially on weekends, buzzers given so you can wait in your car. Pretzel bun sandwiches are delicious. I wish they would move to a larger location to accommodate their crowd of customers.

Super amazing pretzels. For first timers I would recommend parking a little ways away and walking over since they don't have a large parking lot. Also if you're looking to get a very specific type of pretzel I'd recommend going earlier in the day. Once stock is gone it's gone for the day. Staff was super friendly and focused, and treated everyone wonderfully. My go to is the cheese and pepper pretzel with the smoky horseradish dip!!!!

Great prices and great pretzels!! The food here is absolutely phenomenal and I recommend it to everyone. However, this Thursday evening when my partner and I came in the girl behind the till was on her phone and it was kind of awkward because we literally had to wait for her to put it down… it felt like we were inconveniencing her. When we were called to get our food the girl grabbed the buzzer from my partner and threw it into the bin as through she was frustrated after my partner told her to have a nice day (she didn’t reply back only threw the buzzer down). I can’t say I haven’t encountered rude employees here before because that would be a lie but it’s never been like that… the only thing I would change about this place would be the general attitude of the employees otherwise it would be a full 5+++ stars

Excellent quality soft pretzels, probably the best in the entire city. Beyond the food, I've generally received good customer service here as well. If I have any knocks on Zwick's, I'm not a huge fan of this location as it's in a congested area and the store lot itself is far too small; often you'll struggle to find parking, and you're usually forced to wait outside for your food. Their supplied bottled water, I believe Earth brand, is also pretty damn gross.

I’ve been a soft pretzel fanatic since I was young so imagine my glee when I learned of this place. Regular lineups out the door speak more to the quality and popularity of this place than to any slowness of service. The staff work hard to work magic with dough, salt and seasonings and you’ll be delighted to find they have pretzels, pretzel “nubs” and even sandwich offered with a variety of seasonings and toppings from savoury to sweet. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and the portion sizes are generous for the price.
