Chick-fil-a

Second time trying Chick-fil-A and all I can say is it was the BEST fast food chicken chain I've ever been too! The number 2 spicy deluxe was so mouth-watering, delicious and tasty! Customer service here was great! I don't know what her name was, but a really nice brunette was fascinated because I was British and said she'd never met someone from the UK! Wish I'd gotten her name

My mom and i enjoy going to chick-fil-a often. Although the food is amazing and it's the main reason we go, the service is unbeatable! The workers look like they genuinely enjoy working there and always have a positive attitude. Any orders that are messed up or missing items will be fixed immediately and are given back with a gift card for a free meal.They have a team that is so well organized whether its with online orders,drive thru, or dine-in, which is great for everyone.I've heard some people complaining about the service at chick-fil-a but i personally think that if you get bad service there,then it's just the location or some people just don't quite agree on things.The one i go to is located right next to my school and afterschool they get a bunch of kids swarming in,yet they still manage to stay completely organized and get your food out within 5 minutes.

Last 3 times they forgot my son's ice cream. Today the girl in the drive thru line was not at all helpful when asking about the menu. I've only been to a chick fila a few times and only this restraunt but the food is ok and the service seems poor. I'd expect a little more from a $10 chicken sandwich meal

Went this morning and placed a huge order for my family and I. I called several times while eating and after, even messaged on Facebook to see if anyone could assist me. I was missing a whole meal from my order and just wanted some assistance without having to go back to the restaurant. I have yet to receive a call back or a response as well. Just poor customer service.
