Dunkin'

Very poor maintenance of the facility, the building looks good from outside but is filthy inside. The associates don't pay attention to the order (ordered the 2 for $2 breakfast sandwich, the associate charged me $2.40 and gave me 1 sandwich. Asked for a coffee with cream and sugar and it was without any sugar and the amountof cream was minimal). The food took too long to be made, and tasted horrible (as if you are chewing on a cardboard). The egg in the sandwich is only half (not sure it's a slandered practice or they were out). The egg in my sandwich looks as if it was torn or bitten(see attached pictures).

I typically LOVE Dunkin Donuts; however, this location’s customer service is horrible. 3 teenagers on staff on 4/8 at 7:00PM … all 3 talking and laughing near the drive thru window, completely oblivious of the customers who were patiently waiting. After waiting for the employees to focus on their purpose for being there (their job), I ordered 5 donut holes … all were old and dry! 🤢 I will continue going to Dunkin Donuts but this store’s service and product was “lacking” to put it nicely.

I purchased 1 dozen donuts chocolate bar,glaze donut and sugar donuts. First the chocolate was little muchie looking and the glaze and sugar ones had little bit of sugar and the glaze ones did not have glaze on most of the donut, they were not soft like usually, a little on the hard side. Very disappointed. ☹

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was here yesterday 05/26 in the drive-through and the young lady that took my order was beyond rude. I was ordering a dozen donuts, I requested 6 of the original glazed and then proceeded to order the rest when she mumbles “oh my god” I did get upset and said to her, “oh my god, what?” I’ve worked in customer service before so I know how unpleasant some customers can be but that doesn’t give you the right to treat them this way. You don’t like your job, then look for another one kid. Will not be returning here.

This is my 2nd time visiting this Dunkin' donuts and donuts and Downing they have the worst customer service they'd never get the order correct and the order is never ready on time I ordered A breakfast sandwich and a coffee the breakfast sandwiches done the young lady calls my number but there's no coffee that's the customers standing here are waiting 10 and 15 minutes for a single cup of coffee it's about 10 people working here The guy making the coffee has on no gloves the young lady getting the donuts as on no gloves she's had to lend money she turns around she sticks her hand down in the back It has on no blouse worse
