Pizza was fine enough. Employees in the back weren't wearing masks, which is unacceptable when there's a whole pandemic going on. Makes you not want to eat food when someone could have been coughing all over it. We're also under a state mandate requiring masks. There's no excuse for it. It's been almost a year.

Just got a pizza from this location and it isn't even done. The center of the pizza is pure slimy because the dough isn't cooked. It's so gross and falling apart. We're having to put it back in our oven to finish cooking it. It's RAW!!! what happens if our family eats this mess and gets sick from uncooked food?? Somebody needs to check the ovens there and make sure they're functioning properly

I noticed the last few times that the pizza wasn't really done but they weren't to the point of complaining about it. Today I picked up two pizzas and they were gross. Not cooked thoroughly and with raw dough throughout. Something must be wrong with their ovens because the outside was well done with crispy edges and crust but the middle of both pizzas were gross and raw dough inside. I had to take them back to get a refund. No way around it. Best check before you leave or maybe try another location. This one is having issues.

FYI, they don't use the Pizza Portal so if you order online, disregard the email you get about instructions or waiting for a notification that your order is ready. You'll never get one and your wings will be getting soggy in the warmer while you're waiting. And then the genius in charge will act like you're the dumb one for expeting it to work.

My husband and I have waited over an hour for our order, alongside others who have waited longer than us! The staff is SO disorganized and nobody is on the same page. Lots of yelling and bickering between employees. POOR MANAGEMENT. We asked for a refund, and the manager in charge told us that we were unable to get a refund! Then, he was suddenly able to void our transaction but was still unable to give us a receipt proving so. I will NEVER go to this place again. 👎🏻
